I love this printer sm, my family uses it for work and it has sm quality for the color printer.
I’m competent with technology. This is horrible app for a difficult to set up printer. I’ve no idea what quality this printer will be, but it is the last Brother I will purchase. It shouldn’t require an hour to set up to your ipad.

What’s going on? Both of the apps I download doesn’t find my printer and I have the same messages about local network .is not possible to print. My iPad can’t have new version I need an alternative app. I can’t buy a new ipad yet
Never fails. Buy the printer. Set it up and issues. Why can they not make this where it works. Starter ink games registration nightmare. QR code sends you in wrong direction.

Customer service is slow
Can’t just print, have to create “Brother” account. It’s annoying to have to give them email and phone number etc to be able to print.
