Community Voice & Feedback
Bait and Switch dosage ordered and dodges answering the question over and over!
I still kept my doctor for other things. But. Ro kept the advertised promise, and it has become effortless to have my insurance-covered GLP1 filled on time and at my preferred pharmacy. I was nervous about the prior authorization difficulty my regular doctor complains to me about, but Ro has been perfectly reliable after all. I'm a fan.
It’s a total scam!!! They lie about the cost 100%
This app is designed to make access with a provider and getting your prescriptions and paying them money as easy as possible. However, the remainder of the app is difficult to navigate, doesn’t offer features that you think would be readily available (easily viewing days you took and previously logged med) and doesn’t have other helpful features to support overall health during this process in the way other similar companies (eg Noom) do. Strongly dislike the app set up, and this alone is likely going to have me switching providers as most of the costs across the different companies are similar, and other companies offer better all around health support and are designed to help your weight loss journey as a whole rather than relying entirely on a medication.
Disappointing experience overall.

Description are vague until you pay and sign up. Cost me $40 to find out it would be $300 a month for the cheapest treatment and up for better products. I’m not big on pay $40 for nothing. Product may be great but I’m put off by the app and principle.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing is transparent. I’m not going to leave a long message of my whole messed up situation with them. But I’ll say that I am having to do multiple dispute transactions with this company for their fraud.
This app is at best held together by rubber bands and paper clips…actually that’s an insult to clippy. Also the customer service team showed a clear inability to do basic tasks like read a support ticket or share a functional telemedicine link.
I was told my insurance would not cover Wegovy and was placed on a cash-pay program. After checking directly with Express Scripts, I learned Wegovy is actually covered with prior authorization requirements. The app would not let me switch, and support kept directing me back to the same process instead of resolving the issue. Very frustrating experience.
Charges were more than double what was advertised, and they don’t give you the actual pricing until they’ve already charged you half. Criminal behavior
Scam!!!!!! they show you one price then show you a different higher one after they already charge you the initial fee. And won’t refund your money back. And no live agents to talk to, no phone number to call
I got approved with ro through my insurance and had the prescription sent to my Walgreens in 4 days. Just picked up my second month’s prescription and this has been so smooth! Only thing I wish they would let you pay the monthly membership fee ahead of time instead of on a specific day :( everything else is GREAT
A great health app only if all health care was this easy.
The app updated and you cannot get to the most recent messages from the provider.
Overall, it is hard to find answers to your questions. There is no search feature. Navigating to the location is difficult to find. Which makes it hard to ask questions or change subscriptions. It’s almost like they want to make it difficult for you to stop them from taking your money.

What on earth happened to your app? I’ve spent thousands and tried to hop on and update things and it is not working AT ALL. I didn’t miss any updates or anything. This is super expensive and I can’t even use it. Livid.
They charge you $149 a month not even for the medication but just the fee to keep you eligible for the medication. Then they make it impossible to cancel through your phone (app crashes or errors out) so you have to log in through a laptop. Customer service also makes you wait 1-3 days. Rip off!
