I can get myself to do this! :) thank you for making it simple.
Love this exercise! It is wonderful and well worth the price!
I am 63 and doing this every morning has helped me so much.
Great program for being simple and fast, and reasonably priced. Lot of videos and styles and lengths and difficulties for all, including the laziest of us.
Wonderful way to get started and it works!
Terrible music and splicing to make the model fit it doesn’t help. That being said, it’s generally a helpful little workout to keep me limber.
love this app
Love this app. So easy to follow
I have been stuck at a certain weight and I could not budge from it. Also, I am 67 and I have been falling frequently because I had no strength or balance. I knew exactly what I needed to do because for 30 years I worked out for 2 hours a day. Then there was a tragedy in my family and I just quit, didn’t care. I saw this advertisement on the internet and I was just curious and I clicked on it. It allowed me to try it for free and I’m hooked. I feel like I have a personal trainer and they hold me accountable. It’s been 2 months and I have lost 20 pounds. I do about one and a half hours, 6 days a week and walk my 10,000 steps. I suffer from severe depression and this is a good helper. I am not being paid, I am just a normal person who relies on Lazy Fit.
I am almost through my second 28-day cycle and am really impressed with how my flexibility has increased. I feel stronger. I really like that there are different sets to choose from - I’ve done chair yoga and wall Pilates. Thinking of going for the Tai Chi next.
