Product Positioning & Context

Deliveries helps you keep track of all your packages, so you always know when they’re going to arrive. Whether it's the latest gadget you've preordered online, or a new graphic novel you can't wait to dive into, Deliveries will keep tabs on it so you don't miss the doorbell.

The main list shows a summary of all your shipments and counts down the days. Select a delivery for more information, and see where it is on a map. If you like you can view the shipping company’s web page, or easily share your shipment over email, iMessage, or AirDrop. Deliveries can even add estimated delivery dates to your calendar, and a Notification Center widget lets you quickly check your packages without opening the app. All your old deliveries are archived so you can look them up again if you need to. An Apple Watch app is also included so you can see the latest updates with just a glance.

Deliveries supports dozens of services, including US Postal Service, DHL, TNT, Canada Post, and many more. You can also track orders from services like Amazon and Apple, even before they ship. (Some services are limited to specific countries—visit junecloud.com/services for details.) If you have packages from other services, just select “Other” and enter a delivery date and web site—so you can check on them when you need to and still keep everything in one place.

Deliveries is also available for Mac. You can sync your deliveries between devices with iCloud or our own Junecloud sync. If you create a Junecloud account, you can add new shipments from any web browser.

Apple should really remove this app from their editors choice list. Not being able to support FedEx or UPS is an absolute deal breaker especially when other apps (Parcel) currently support more delivery providers. There wasn’t even a trial period for me to realize the mistake I made paying for the subscription. Hopefully I can save someone $5
XenonExecutor • Jul 8, 2026
i purchased this app back in 2020 before the app became a subscription model. i paid real money for it. then a few years later the dev changed the app to subscription but grandfathered my original purchase. now the grandfather purchase has been taken away from me and i am required to subscribe. do not support this developer. absolute joke

I have reached out to the developer 3 times but have not heard back. There are other apps on the App Store (Parcel is one of them) that integrate with both FedEx and UPS, so the excuse that those services are responsible for the broken functionality is untrue. The interface for this app is SO much better than Parcel, so I would prefer to stay with it, but PLEASE FIX the FedEx and UPS integration!!!!

Now buggy, and support doesn’t reply. Sometimes refuses to add new entries. Sometimes refuses to delete old entries. I mostly just want a place to index my expected packages, and can’t even trust that. Paid to get it working better, but no joy.

I bought this app over 10 years ago and it was the best app on the store for deliveries. But, overtime it seems like support for more and more U.S. carriers started getting dropped. Subscriptions also became a new “feature” and all of a sudden, the product I bought became an inferior product. Wouldn’t you know, they never fixed those carriers after requiring subscriptions.

When subscriptions dropped they said that previous purchasers could use iCloud for free but would need to subscribe for JuneCloud sync and all other “new” features. I stopped using the JuneCloud sync service and instead used iCloud. After some time, I started seeing a limitation in the number of deliveries I could have in the app (for whatever reason; it’s not like my phone is running out of space. Also I’m using iCloud and not their server). Then I started having issues with the map and the tracking not working; although I could easily click a button to check via the website.

Now when I add a delivery, it says “subscription required”. It’s unfortunate when products you bought—or their functionality—get taken away from you. I have never seen any “new” features added, but ai have seen more and more unfixed issues and less carrier support (USA.) I wounded what subscribers think they are getting because it’s not a good deal.

This was one of the best delivery apps on the iOS App Store and now it’s one of the worst. I don’t know what this Developer thinks the incentive is for renting a subscription. They apparently don’t care about fixing bugs, adding functionality, their customers, or honoring the purchases that were made. What a shame!

I previously purchased the app and now they want a subscription to use any of it. Waste of money.
DR06 • Jul 3, 2026
They pulled the rug on previous purchasers and it requires a subscription for basic features.

UPDATE: Only supports USPS, now you have to go to the site to track UPS, FedEx, etc. used to be great…Now largely useless.

Previously, many years ago:

This app’s fantastic for the way it nicely organizes your inbound packages by ETA, detects when you have copied a tracking number upon entering the app and shows you the package’s location a world map when the shipping company provides that information. It’s clean and orderly, easy to use and archives your tracked shipments so that you can later go back and find them (think: “did I get that less than a year ago, or is it out of warranty?”)

I’ve used this for years and don’t remember what it cost, but it’s definitely been worth whatever it was. 👍

Yes everyone, the developer recently required a subscription for USPS, even if you paid for one many years ago. It’s $5 for an entire year, come on. If you made an app and wanted to make income off of it, then you either charge something or blast it with ads. If you’re buying and shipping things, you can afford five bucks.

This app won awards for a reason. It has by far the best UX and thoughtful features across all the tracking apps.

Hopefully they can find a workaround to FedEx and UPS’ API change, but the current implementation isn’t bad.

This app is on an annual renewal plan but stops working roughly one month after the renewal date, then starts up again 2 months after the renewal date.

The same thing happened last year during the exact same days of the year.

Back Story:
I originally had a problem when I upgraded to a Mac mini 3-years ago. The Deliveries app would not run on my new Mac. So, I subscribed to a monthly plan, which worked, until the issue with the annual license could be resolved. A few weeks later the annual appeared to be working. So, I never renewed the monthly plan. I believe the licensing system is somehow stuck into thinking that because the monthly plan was canceled, that it should disable the annual license during the same month every year for when the monthly plan was formerly licensed. Also, the app store would not let me subscribe to a monthly license, as I did in the past, because I have an active annual license. Even though the Deliveries app kept prompting be to subscribe when I tried to enter a new tracking number in the app.

I had tried every suggestion that the developer had made, including going directly to Apple Support. But there is apparently no solution to the broken licensing system that, for me, only seems to impact this specific application.

Was a great app that I paid for years ago. Switched to a subscription model but the developer said original purchasers would retain their paid for features. That seems to have changed now as even basic features of the app no longer work. Doesn’t give any tracking status at all anymore unless you manually open the vendor’s tracking webpage. Insane to think a basic app like this is worth $5/year.

Can’t use the app without subscribing. I have my perpetual license that I paid long ago. It’s useless now. What you did is very unethical.

My journey with this app began when it was a Mac dashboard widget. I used the widget and then the iOS app almost daily for a decade, then continued limping along with it for almost another decade. I’ve finally decided to remove it from my Home Screen. It will stay on my phone forever, if possible, as a monument to how good apps used to be.

The decline of Deliveries started several years ago for me with issues with Amazon staying signed in. It took long enough to resolve that I just got out of the habit of adding my Amazon deliveries to the app, and at the same time Amazon’s tracking had improved enough that I didn’t want to do all the work of coping them (a dozen orders or more a week).

Then FedEx stopped working in the app. Then UPS. And now USPS parcels don’t work either. Supposedly a subscription will add back USPS tracking, but the utility of an app like this is having everything tracked in one place. Deliveries can’t really do that anymore. It can keep track of tracking numbers. That’s about it for the most common carriers in the US.

I don’t blame the developer. I got more than enough value from my purchase long ago to call it fair and I don’t expect free updates forever in an app that has had to play cat and mouse with various services for years. Really it’s a sign that the web as we once knew it is dead — there are constantly evolving roadblocks to pulling together multiple tracking services that once were provided for free into a useful app. But I am disappointed that Junecloud hasn’t found a way to continue the original functionality in this new landscape.

I would gladly pay $10-20 for another ten years of tracking pretty much any parcel with automatic updates in the app and the privacy of all the updates being done by my own device and synced only over iCloud. That doesn’t exist anymore. It’s definitely not this app anymore, so I’m lowering my rating.

Thanks for what you offered us back in the day, Junecloud. It was great while it lasted.

Super disappointed that they do not honor the perpetual license. I have no interest in now shifting to the subscription model and have deleted the app. Unfortunate.

I bought this app years ago and it’s slowly lost functionality since most of the private carriers blocked it from their API. Now, it’s asking me to PAY again for a subscription to track USPS. No thanks. Guess I’m done with this app.
