Update: Not to mention app being slow, but their drivers do not know how to deliver packages. They throw them and do not follow instructions. Terrible customer service. Trying to locate them on the app. Difficult as no other.

I love Amazon with the exception of a few things, search options never seem to give me what I am searching for.
And if I am grocery shopping why are you making me 3 different shopping grocery carts! I am in the fresh store stop creating carts in over night carts and local grocery stores. Make it clear!!!! gah!!!

Occasionally items ordered will be transferred to USPS for delivery, which is a problem for me. USPS does not deliver directly to my door like Prime does, which is a feature I depend on. Unfortunately, the app does not inform you of circumstances that might cause your package to be transferred between the services. If it tells you you will have Prime deliver your package, it isn’t necessarily so.
I am a prime member and have been for a while, and your shipping now SUCKS!!!! Paying for a membership to benefit shipping and getting no benefits! I now order more from tik tok than Amazon, only reason I even keep the prime is my wife, or I would drop it in a heartbeat.

The app was better before it would allow you to pick a delivery locker nearby easy enough. Not anymore. I had to go to extremes to finally add a locker near me to my address option.

This horrible company never delivers on the dates they say they will, usually 2-3 days after the already 2 day shipping, they did it most recently with lawn mower blades and they delivered an empty box to top it off. I called and let them know I am running a lawn care business and would like the blades asap. They said I should see a new set in less then 24 hours, it’s been 36 hours and in the app it just keeps getting pushed back a day so it says it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I’ve cancelled before due to never getting packages with 2 day shipping so what’s the point of paying for them to screw up, they got me back with half priced subscription and all was well for the first month but over the last 3 months it’s gone super downhill, back to waiting many additional days for things that should’ve shipped in 2 days.
I usually select my items based on shipping time. Too many times my shipping date is changed or it is delayed after I have made my purchase. This forces me to shop a 2nd time, elsewhere, and return the late item.
But the things we get and don’t either love or don’t fit the return is fast and really easy and convenient..

This used to be a great service, but now the mistakes are constant. The lies about pricing. The delivery problems. Amazon is not what it used to be. I’ve talked to tech-support several times in the last few weeks and they admit that there are problems but so far they’ve done nothing to fix it. The more they rely on AI the less gets fixed. My frustration level is now so high that I am done with Amazon..

They changed the Amazon Fresh shopping experience on the app and now it’s awful. They now include non Fresh items in the “buy again” portion of the grocery app. It used to be so easy and efficient and now it’s kind of a pain. Less delivery day/time options and sometimes no options at all. Items arrive at different times and sometimes different days. Have used Fresh for years but now need to switch to instacart
Amazon is very helpful because they can deliver stuff within a day if I am needing things especially things for maybe trips camping pool day picnics and much more. I recommend getting this app.
