Trying for days to make a payment on another account and it is impossible. Never happened before. A disaster of an app. !!!!
The absolute worst service provider for anything anywhere in the US, which is not where their customer service is. If you can get past the endless loop of ads to actually reach customer service they offer no help.
I have been an AT&T cellular customer since 1996 with multiple phones and devices through the years. Most recently I’ve had a family plan was for devices that cost $176 a month for unlimited everything Due to changes in the families living situation I wanted to change to just have two phones on the plan. I spent at least three hours on the site because it’s so slow clunky and seems to be broken. I finally got through today and when I set up the transfer of two of the phones to a different account the cost went up drastically. The group plan went from $58.40 for four devices to $80 for two devices😳😳😳 The monthly cost went from $176 for four devices to $160 for two devices?😳😳😳 I’ve been happy with AT&T for the decades I’ve been using them for the most part but this is just ridiculous. I guess I’ll be looking for another vendor that provides a more reasonable pricing structure and easier to use service.
