Community Voice & Feedback
It’s my fave app! Very easy to find drug interactions in order to provide care to patients chair side! App could use improvement on UI! They just need to disassociate themselves from Salesforce which is not working in their favor at all! WTKWY, please take my suggestions seriously!
👍🏻
Please stop having me review this app every time I open it. Please stop!!
Superfluous number of clicks needed to get to high yield search bar. I only use certain libraries, give me a fast track!
Clinical Pharmacist Heaven
Cool
Recently renewed my subscription and suddenly can’t use IV compatibility or drug ID anymore, which is fun since they’re my most used functions in the ED
Difficult accessing haven’t been able to get on my PC as of yet
UPDATE: after deleting the app and reloading it, and redownloading all of the databases, it now seems to be working. I was going to delete the review, but maybe it will be helpful to other users as well as to the developers. Will bump the rating back for 1 star to 5 stars. ===================================> ORIGINAL REVIEW: I finally updated the app today and it is now frozen, I can’t click or type anything in it (and yes, I have tried closing and reopening as well as rebooting my phone; will try deleting snd reloading next). I see some other recent reviews with the same complaint, and the developer’s canned autobot-type responses that suggest trying offline mode (even though connectivity isn't the issue). Even if connectivity was an issue, the app is FROZEN, so we are unable to click on anything, which means we can’t even attempt to put it in an offline mode. Also, I keep the whole database downloaded on my phone, so I have always been able to work without a connection (let’s see if this review gets the same canned response as others to try offline mode; hopefully not). Before the last update, this app has always been great, so, hopefully someone within the developers team will see this and have a fix coming shortly (or at the very least, put out an update that reverts back to the prior version), because I have relied on this app for years, but as of today, it is currently unusable for me.
Thank you
I use this data base all the time and the info I need is always there. Really easy to navigate. I would hold on to this app before any others I have
My favorite app for pediatric and neonatal dosing, but SO frustrating with how sluggish it has become. Can easily take 7-10 seconds to respond to screen taps. Please fix this!
It’s crashing/closing every time I use it now
This is the best app for pharmacy and nursing. I couldn’t do my job without it. Best functionality and editorial team.
This is the best and still my go-to drug reference, the info is crucial to my daily work and the app is the most efficient way to access it (vs monographs on UpToDate).
But in the last year or so the app functionality has deteriorated. It used to be super-responsive and quick to navigate through. Now it has a laggy response rate and incorporates autocorrect (did not used to) when typing drug names that sometimes becomes bothersome because how many generic drug names does autocorrect recognize?
I would not want to be without this app and the info it provided but it’s become a far less impressive experience to use. Message to the developer: whatever you changed in how this app functions it is not an improvement.
