Here’s How It Works:
1. Find a Job - Check often to find the right job for you; we offer audits, research, mystery shopping, product trials and more.
2. Complete It - Once you’ve reserved a job, complete it within the time frame and make sure to follow instructions carefully.
3. Get Paid - Once approved, your money is ready for you to deposit into your account. Save it or spend it! Our Agents have bought puppies, vacations, dance lessons and more with their earnings. What will you buy?
Things To Know:
- Location Jobs generally pay between $3-$20
- Complete "ticket jobs" to qualify for paying jobs, and automatically enter a drawing to win a cash prize
- Submissions must comply with all instructions to receive the cash payout
- Field Agent does not receive payment for submissions it denies
- Field Agent does not use information from submissions it denies
- Jobs are usually “first come, first serve”. The more often you check the app, the better your chances of making money!

They’re paying $2.50 for an audit, less than the gas money it would take to get there. There are few jobs and none of them are in close proximity to each other. They’re spread about the city. This is a huge no for me. $2.50!!!! It’s absurd.
They deny jobs for irrational and ridiculous reasons, so you will still end time, money, and gas but get nothing
Most of the listed jobs are not available. It always pops up “job already taken”. Why are these still showing in the list? Just to click for fun?
They waste your time by doing everything they say in the app but then deny you of the job you selected/reserved this app is bs I don’t recommend anyone to use this app I can’t change the zoom if the phone says I have to stick with the zoom settings and I can’t change it why deny me saying the photos are too wide ? I didn’t choose the zoom setting the phone did you guys want horizontal photos that’s exactly what I did now it’s too wide for you? The phone camera quality if more than enough for you to see clearly and yet I’m denied ? I wasted 3 hours in Costco just to do the job I selected
This app has not shown any missions or jobs in years. I have checked the app multiple and they never have anything, I do not know if this app or company os still in business.
This app use to work perfectly! It seems like every time there is an update the app stops working right. The first time I noticed it was an update a couple months ago. You weren’t able to go backwards which is a vital part in your success. That was eventually fixed. Now there has been a new update and the same thing is happening. Plus there are no descriptions now or the descriptions are wrong. With no description/wrong descriptions and not being able to go back you end up walking all over the store instead of being able to do everything in that part of the store before moving on. It also makes it very difficult to capture displays. If you have already moved on in the app and you come across another display you can’t photograph the display. This problem also makes it take much longer to complete the job which makes you run out of time for the other jobs you have scheduled. The way it is right now just sets you up for failure and causes the company to not get the photos they have requested. I really hope the app goes back to the way it was before. If it’s not broke don’t fix it!
OK, let me start off by saying I’ve been doing work for the Field Agent app since maybe 2016. When I first started, jobs were plentiful, they were easy to snag, and they paid reasonably well for what you were doing. I have made around $10K in bounty payouts plus thousands of $ in free products including food items, health and beauty items, small appliances, toys, beer, etc. I can also say, to any of the people whose reviews are talking about Field Agent rejecting jobs for no reason, that is simply inaccurate. It’s been my experience over the years that any time the job is rejected, there’s a valid reason. If there isn’t a valid reason, field agent will work with you to make sure you get paid. They are human too. I’ve had less than 10 rejected jobs out of well over 1000 that I have done. They are also really good about payouts. I have never had a payout not show up. It does take a little longer than some of the other apps, that I will give you. But you get your money. Now, why is there only two star rating from me? Make no mistake, when I was first doing this and for several years after, I would’ve given this a five star rating, hands-down. When I first started, there were jobs frequently available, payouts were reasonable, and I felt like this was worth my time and effort. A few years ago, there was this push to get more people into the app. I understand from Field Agent side why they would want this, but for everyone who was a veteran with the app, we saw the writing on the wall. What this did was created environment where it is nearly impossible to grab jobs because the app is swarmed with people. You have people hovering on the app like hawks all day long waiting to snatch anything that becomes available. I can literally refresh back to back with no job appearing on the first refresh and a job appearing on the second refresh, and by the time I click on the job to grab it, somebody else has already grabbed it. The excessive number of agents has also allowed field agent to lower the payouts. For example, some of the jobs right now pay $2.50 for you to go into a store and photograph an entire category like all of the cleaning items or all of the laundry items. This means, you go to store, deal with the people inside the store, wait for people to get out of your way so you can take pictures, try not to let the people working at the store see what you’re doing, etc. There is a $3 weekly recurring job where you can go into a store and take pictures and scan every paper product in the paper aisle…. For $3.00? This is insultingly low pay, and I believe borderline predatory. All of that is in addition to waiting to actually be able to snag a job, traveling to the store, etc. You can literally be making a couple dollars an hour plus paying for your gas. This app has turned into a lot of time wasted with little to nothing to show for it. For me, the app went from a supplemental source of a little income that I could plan on, and actually budget into my monthly bills to something un dependable. And for some, that’s OK. For me, this is really gone downhill. I’m not deleting the app, and I’m not completely giving up on it. I still keep it around for an occasional decent job, free pizza, etc. I am, however, not putting the kind of attention and effort into it that I used to, and I am cautioning others not to expect great things from this app anymore. Temper your expectations.
I love using this app for the “Ratings & Reviews” section! Definitely worth it, they’ll reimburse you for the item and all you have to do is write a 2-3 sentence review for it and you make an additional $1-$3 on top of it! I’ve never had an issue with being paid, the only issue is sometimes the store doesn’t have the item, but Field Agent will still reimburse you for $2 for just going there to check. Definitely worth getting the app for some free stuff!
So my very first job I did a ratings and review and never got paid. I had to email them and they made some bogus excuse saying I didn’t fill in the amount yeah right
I have submitted a few support tickets that have never been responded to. The app says I need to contact support to get my money but support does not contact you back! They will not even give you a number to call. It’s all Email that goes ignored.
I love this app to kill free time while making a few bucks. I occasionally find stuff that is useful in my household making it a bonus. They could fix some issues where I’m not able to reserve available tasks sometimes. Otherwise great experience & awesome support team in Canada.
This is such a great and consistent way to earn extra money. That is shocking to me that not everyone is doing it.
The assignments and what easy to understand and they are consistent week to week. Anytime I’m out in my car driving around. I checked the app to see if there some jobs I can stop and do to make some extra money, including jobs at stores. I’m gonna go shop at anyways.
If you’re looking to make extra money and do you haven’t gotten this app yet then what are you waiting for? Get it right away and start earning money.
I’ve had a lot of interactions with the staff over the years and they’re very nice people and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the customer service

So you see a 4.7 but that’s a lie. I assure you they’re all old reviews since the app use to pay more per job. I noticed the same jobs that were going for
12 to 20 dollars shrink to just 6 or less. The same exact job! Now I see how they came out with storesight for the businesses and it makes sense, they make the agents pay for it . I even emailed support and asked them why? Why so little? To which they flat out lied to me and said their pay is actually higher now. lol it’s been months of consistent checking and not once have I seen anything go up at all. Jobs actually pay as little as .50! The norm is up to $3 per job. I think their whole raffle every month is a scam also and it’d be easy cuz all they do is list a first name next to a month and say Amanda from Colorado won 200. I highly dought they’re giving away free money when they borderline have slave labor. You people are disgusting and you will get yours back as we all do in life

I found out about this app through social media however, it sucks. When there are opportunities listed in the app, I click accept and am unable to do them because a box comes up and it says “Job already taken. We’re sorry. This job is no longer available” Then why even have unavailable jobs listed? And it’s multiple listings with this issue. Overall, not worth it.
Got cheated on alot of jobs despite having the right item and most SKUS were always wrong especially at CVS… Update checked back to see if it was still working come to find out they stated they banned me after they denied specific jobs and I sent them pictures I took.
