I’m tired of nonsensical reasons of WHY we need premium subscriptions to do this most basic things in apps these days…..stop it! Why do I need to “upgrade” just to add more deliveries when I found other apps that don’t do that at all? Deleted, sorry.

Receiving and tracking packages is a part of modern life. I’ve used the app for ~2yrs and it is simple and effective for its purpose. Nothing else I’ve used is as simple and reliable. It’s one of the few app subscriptions that I think is worth it. Highly recommended.
Very useful app!
Parcel is the essence of low-friction package tracking. Takes any package I throw at it, makes shockingly great guesses about the carrier just off the tracking number, I can scan the barcode on iPhone when I’m sending stuff, everything syncs seamlessly across devices, and it doesn’t pack the thing full of a lot of junk. Of all the subscriptions I have in the App Store, this might be the easiest to justify.
To be useful, this app requires a subscription which just increased to $7 a year. There are competitor apps just as elegant that are free for all the same functionality.
There are plenty of Package tracking apps. Parcel used to be one of them, but with the increased price to receive “real-time notifications”; it’s not worth it anymore. Sorry I renewed my subscription, won’t be doing that again.
As for the “I am paying them to have real-time notifications and zero delay in Parcel” You’re not, you’re passing that cost onto your (now former) users.

Why if I pay for the full app do I have an ad at the bottom? Seems like not a great way to do it.
I have subscribed for a few years and I see their price has gone up fifty percent recently. Not only that, my current subscription, paid through August, is no longer valid. I see ads again and am limited to only seeing three deliveries.
As a result I simply canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Customer lost.
Update to response from Dev: You have a valid reason for the price increase; had no idea you have to pay carriers for tracking info.. that’s nuts. Still, the fact that Apple appears to be allowing price increases to invalidate existing subscriptions is a problem. This is not the first time I have encountered this.
As a result I simply canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Customer lost.

This app used to be good but now it’s unreliable because the tracking isn’t updating fast anymore. I had a USPS package arrive and this app was saying it was still in customs while try usps app had all the updates. This used to be better than the usps app. Also it’s sad they don’t give users accounts as old as mine premium perks. I’ve had this since it was very new and relatively unknown.
I’ve used this app for years as a subscriber and it’s one of the few I really do use all the time. It automatically adds amazon purchases, when adding a package manually will pull from the clipboard, so you don’t even need to paste. It’s a clean app with a simple function that does it very well with obvious thought put into it.
