Product Positioning & Context

Designed specifically for the iPhone and iPod touch, the CSS Reference application provides handy access to all of the W3C's Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) properties, pseudo-classes and pseudo-elements, including the syntax (with the equivalent JavaScript syntax for the given property), possible values for each property, usage notes, and fully rendered sample code.

The sample HTML code can be edited and re-displayed (using the built-in browser), allowing the HTML or CSS developer to see how changes in various values and properties will appear without having to go to a desktop-based web development environment.

The included color picker tool provides the CSS color in both RGB and in hex format, based on the user-selected CSS color name, the CSS Web Safe Color hex or RFB values, or on discreet values set by the user.

Please update your app to be compatible with the latest ios. This would be extremely helpful

Seeing as other recent comments appeared to VERY closely reflect my same train of thinking as it relates to this UPDATE problem/requirement, simple curiosity led me to click on the below group of apps listed as being, "More by Flight-Sheets.com", the apparent (or 'supposedly' at least) original creator behind this particular app and its content. Immediately seeing that one of their much newer (and COMPLETELY unrelated, "topically speaking", 'purchasable' apps) lists that IT was updated within the past three months (~5/2022). Ergo, I felt somewhat compelled, or perhaps even obligated, to advise anyone reading these words to do yourself a favor and simply move along... Look just a bit further and grab one or more of the MANY other freely available guides/resources currently listed, *AND* "properly updated" and functional ;). *Honestly, no offense intended towards the original developer. Rather this is just my opinion --- and to anyone still reading this, my sincerest apologies for being so long-winded. Admittedly, this is but one among the vast plethora of faults I’m all too often embarrassed by. 😊) Thanks, and best of luck. 👍🏼

I really love this app. I wish they release an update because the last update was 7 years ago.

I see it’s been 5 years since anyone has done or said anything in response to this app. Considering the amount of good ratings, I’d love to see the creators update this app. I have yet to open it but I’ve browsed through the pictures & user reviews but I know it’ll be up to par in my standards. I would just really love to see a modernized update & maybe some new tutorials. I know this probably won’t reach anyone and it more than likely won’t happen, but I thought I’d give it a try. Just know if y’all ever do decide to update it, I would be more than thankful. Have a wonderful day ♥️

There only reason I'm giving this app 5 stars is that I can't give it 7! It's that good.

This is a tremendous app. Extremely useful and thorough CSS reference. Worth working through to refresh or learn.

All I needed was a simple app that I could look at to look at what I was doing wrong in the syntax without looking it up on the Internet. I didn't need very much. This app more than covered my needs!
Not only does it show the user correct syntax, but it has working examples, browser compatibility, and shows you the JavaScript syntax! Wow! It also has three helpful tools. There is a full color picker with RGB sliders that shows not only the value for each, but also percentage for each RGB color, web safe colors, and hex colors. The other two are a web safe font list that shows every font, and a table with how to type special characters.
All in all, it is the most complete CSS3 tool I have seen!

Very handy. Shouldn't have comic sans in the app icon though, that's no bueno.

Now that it's been updated, the buttons sometimes work, but sometimes are nonfunctional on my iPad.

This app includes almost everything you need to know about CSS an you can edit the "code" which gives you a better understanding about how changing some of a parts parts is useful. Best CSS app out there.
