Multiple occasions food says delivered but not there, and guess what, no way to contact anyone. Absolutely never download this disgusting scam of an app if I could give 0 stars I would I hope one day they go out of business so nobody has to interact with this abysmal failure of a company.
I ordered food waited for an hour they said they were on their way and gave it away to someone else when I tried to file for a refund they said there was nothing they could do so I wouldn’t recommend
I really appreciate having a delivery service like Lieferando, it’s convenient and easy to use, especially on busy days. However, I’ve had multiple experiences where items were missing or orders were incorrect.
The biggest issue is that there’s no clear or effective way to resolve these problems. Once the delivery is completed and the driver has left, it becomes very difficult to file a claim or follow up. There should be a straightforward option within the app to report missing or incorrect items and request a refund or reimbursement.
Because of this, I’m giving 2 stars. The service has a lot of potential, but the lack of reliable customer support and resolution options is frustrating. I hope they improve this, as it would make a big difference in the overall experience

The restaurant I ordered from hadn’t even acknowledged the order one hour after I ordered. It was clearly not responding, but Lieferando’s customer service “AI” just repeated that cancellation is not possible and there’s nothing they can do. With this kind of garbage service, this company is not going to survive. Absolute BS.
Scam. If I could leave negative stars I would. No customer support. Not even a trained bot.
Using AI support is fine as long as a human can intervene.
