For some reason, I’ve always had a hard time keeping up with a paper and pencil journal of what I do day by day, but somehow I was able to habit myself into keeping track of every transaction as they happen thanks to this app. I don’t know if it really has made me more cognizant of my poor spending habits, but I guess it’s fun to have all the data in one place :P
I have been using this app for a couple of years and it is so beautiful
电脑同步操作,页面简单,整洁,不花哨。
La mejor app para llevar tus gastos y finanza en orden
Good app, no doubt

I have tried many budgeting and expense-tracking applications over the years, but Money Manager by Realbyte Inc. is truly the best among them. The interface is clean, intuitive, and very reliable. Very easy search option and much more. I was so satisfied that I purchased the ad-free version.
After three years of use, I moved to another country and began facing some limitations. I am unable to change the primary currency. Also, unable to set a different currency as the default option for daily new entries. For users who relocate internationally, currency flexibility is extremely important. Additionally, I am unable to fetch data directly from my bank, which would make tracking expenses much more convenient and efficient.
Because of these issues, I explored several other applications, including rocket money, Spendee and Wallet, and even purchased lifetime subscriptions for two of them. While some of these apps offer a more visually modern and entertaining interface, they lack the smoothness, simplicity, and overall ease of use that Money Manager consistently provides. I also tried a few other apps, but none matched the stability and user-friendly experience of Money Manager.
After about six months of trying alternatives, I ultimately returned to Money Manager because it still delivers the best overall experience.
My sincere suggestion to the developers would be to consider adding:
• Direct bank data integration
• The ability to change the primary currency
• The option to set a different currency as default option (if not to be set as primary) for daily entries
If these features are introduced, this app would be absolutely perfect. Thank you to the team for creating such a dependable and well-designed financial management tool. The acknowledgement will be greatly appreciated

I bought the pay version about 2 or 3 years ago and very pleased
La mejor aplicación que he usado para gastos diarios. Práctica y fácil, me ahorra horas de trabajo. La uso cada día y me olvido de lo demás.
Great for manual tracking, well organized tabs, pie charts are easy to read, adding customization to categories. Amazing app 100% recommend to try out
I’ve been using this app for more than four years, and overall it has been great. I even paid for the ad-free version, and I still think it was one of my best investments. What I appreciate most is that it was a one-time payment instead of one of those apps that tries to squeeze money out of you every month. It has genuinely helped me get my finances straight, understand how much money I have, how much I’m saving, and keep track of my spending in a clear way.
That said, I feel like the app has fallen behind. I haven’t seen meaningful updates in a long time, and I would honestly like to see a renovation of the app. Even if that upgrade had to be paid, I would be open to it, because there are features that I would genuinely pay for.
One major issue is that the app doesn’t allow split payments within a single transaction. For example, if I buy a $20 shirt and pay $10 with a gift card and $10 with a credit card, the app forces me to either create two separate transactions or show the full $20 on one payment method, which isn’t accurate. I can technically transfer balances inside the app to make it work, but then when I compare it to my real bank statement, it doesn’t match cleanly. If you have several transactions like that, reconciling everything becomes confusing. A proper split-payment feature would make records much more accurate and transparent.
Another feature I would really like to see is an investment section, especially for things like CDs. If I enter an interest rate and a time period—say three months or one year—I would like the app to calculate how much I’ll earn by the end of that term, similar to how banks show projections. It would be even better if I could manually enter estimated taxes to see the net return after taxes. If the app could estimate taxes by state, that would be great, but even a manual option would help a lot.
I would also like to see automatic currency exchange updates. Right now, when you add a currency like euros and US dollars, the exchange rate stays fixed unless you manually update it. It would be much more useful if rates updated automatically so you can accurately see how values change over time.
Another improvement would be a smarter shopping list feature. If I’m at the supermarket adding items—like a $2 soda or $3 toilet paper—I’d like the app to calculate the total in real time, including sales tax based on my state. If there’s a discount, I’d like to apply it and see the final total before I get to the register. Since this is a budgeting app, having a built-in system that calculates taxes and discounts automatically would make grocery planning much more practical.
Lastly, I know the company has a separate calculator app with tools like tax calculations, tip splitting, and exchange rates. While that app is useful, I would prefer those features to be integrated here so everything related to money stays in one place.
Overall, I still think this is a great app, and I’m sharing this feedback because I value it. I already paid for the ad-free version, and I would genuinely be willing to pay again for a meaningful upgrade that modernizes the app and adds these kinds of practical financial tools.
