I can still see the stars and planets on the app everywhere I travel. Even if I can’t see stars with my eyes, the app shows stars with names, etc. I see planets, the Moon, more. There is also info you can see history, measurements, etc.

My 7 year old grandson was thrilled with the app and excited to share with me.

This is simply the most helpful app I have found to orient myself to the night sky.

I paid for this a while back but now I can’t find the satellites in the app that are currently in the sky because they’ve switched to a subscription model and removed things that I used to have access to.

It was cool when I could identify something moving through the sky but I can’t now.

It’s nice to be able to easily see the planets and things though.

I still don’t get notifications for my selected favorites, especially the ISS. If this issue isn’t resolved or I don’t get a response, I’ll delete it and find a better solution and user friendly experience.

I must say I feel bad for just now writing a review for Sky Guide. I don’t even know how long I have had the app, but it has definitely been numerous years and on numerous phones. It’s one of those apps that just always works and always works well so I have never had to shop around. It has more information than I could ever need, very easy to use, and doesn’t annoy you with a million notifications. If you are looking for a solid, easy to use app that helps you understand the night sky, I highly recommend Sky Guide.

This app is not accurate, I can’t add another receipt but paying 5 dollars to have stars that aren’t there is crazy. Do not take the app word and do research yourself. I assume that this app takes your location and assumes what’s stars are above you. I tries this app to verify satellite and and stars
