Just tried to scan a small bedroom and the scan constantly fails, tried it mulitple times and just doesn’t work. What gives?
Signed up for a free trial and immediately got charged. Don’t trust this app.
I cancelled trial 6 days before end and they still charged me! BEWARE!
Then they said go to apple subscription to cancel it doesn’t show in my Apple subscriptions which means they give me absolutely no way to cancel it. They don’t give refunds either after fraudulently charging you and they don’t have any phone support and only a bot chat that says “too bad not going to help” to every request for help.

I spent 4 hours describing a project to the AI and answering its repetitive questions. It never generated a floor plan. I finally got frustrated and told it to generate a drawing based on the info it had. It thought for nearly 20 minutes and then said it generated several things including a project. When I went looking for the project, the whole AI conversation disappeared and was nowhere to be found. Also nowhere to be found was any of the conversation. You should pay me for wasting my time like that.
You can never enter the app without giving your card informations and that is annoying.
POC DungWare. AVOID! I downloaded this software to try it out and see if it was valuable. It categorically is NOT. I tried to draw a simple room - my lanai - to test fit furniture. It would NOT let me create really short walls, like a jut out of 24”. Nope. It wouldn’t let you edit the length of a short segment. This is TERRIBLE. So frustrating. I tried turning the snap feature off but it kept snapping. DO NOT DOWNLOAD that’s easy enough to turn off.
The app is decent but you can’t export even a basic image out of the system without a much higher subscription. I paid for the app give me access to the basics at least.

When I signed up for the week free trial, it told me I would get a notification before it charged my card. I never did get that notification and I canceled my subscription on the week mark and then it told me that I had to cancel 24 hours before that in order for it not to charge my card. Pretty frustrated as this was not $100. I was planning on spending.
I wanted to really like this app, but I could not find the saved files no matter how hard I tried. I tried everything it suggested and nothing. It should have pasted my images directly into the AI chat. Then it said it could, then couldn’t. Then it said it could email me then couldn’t. I got so frustrated after an hour of searching I cancelled the membership and will deleting the app. I seriously wanted to throw my phone. The details it was giving me were great, but the photos never showed up. There was no upload folder and not to mention the links generated are not hyperlinks, so you can’t click the pd5 link.

This app is kind of hard to make and you have to deal with “get your plan!” Every time you try to do something. It’s good if you want to have a plan, but for people like me who do not want a plan, don’t get this app. Also, it’s very hard to find furniture, or your house you have, and it always ends up being wrong and nothing like your house. Hope you find this information useful. My experience on this app might not be as good as yours, and I might just have bad luck with finding apps.
