You should be able to view the pricing or have a free trial before having to do multifactor authentication for both my email my telephone and link my account to plaid so you have my data. That feels unethical for an onboarding experience and entirely too long. it was not a smooth process and you need to seriously rethink this customer journey.
Far to expensive for this to remotely worth it. Should be a onetime purchase not a subscription.
I started using Kudos because I was tired of tracking cards and benefits, and it has exceeded my expectations. I can relax knowing I’m getting my money's worth and leaving nothing on the table with my CC rewards and benefits.
Do not give this your personal information.. they make it next to impossible to get past the pay wall and if you do get past without paying its 99% locked
Very disappointing experience. I signed up because I wanted to see and manage the benefits of my existing credit cards, and I connected my financial information expecting the app to actually provide that value.
Instead, after going through the process of connecting my account and sharing personal/financial information, I found that the useful benefits features are locked behind a Premium subscription, which is not cheap at all . There is no free trial to even see whether the paid service is worth it.
What concerns me most is the personal-information side of this. I never intended to hand over my financial information just to discover afterward that I couldn’t actually use the features I wanted without paying. Once you’ve shared information with a third party, you can’t simply take that moment back.
The whole experience left me feeling like I gave up more privacy than I received in value. I also found the process of managing/disconnecting the connected account confusing.
If you’re considering this app, understand exactly what information you’re sharing and which features are actually available before connecting your accounts. I personally would not do it again.

In less than a month I’ve already accumulated almost 1000 kudos points making regularly made purchases. Hopefully I can translate that to cash soon
Stuck behind a paywall to even open app
I tried it, DL’d at 2:05, quick and easy set-up, nice! Then the money grab, $300+ membership? 2:10, deleted my information “permanently” I hope! And deleted my account. I want expecting this to be free, I’ll stick to talking to someone about their experience vs. a money grab. Bummer I had high hopes.
After finding out about this app and doing some quick realistic research (as we all do) on the App Store, I decided to download. Sadly, it didn’t say anything about an ad wall. After linking all my bank accounts, there was no free option and I felt stuck. Either pay over $100 or you get nothing. I’m sure in the fine print it says something about a subscription, but I’m tech savvy and it seems as though they’re fishing. I’m sure it’s a great app if you have the money to pay over $100 but if not, don’t waste your time and I’m sorry to say that because I was hoping for more.
