The worst APP ever
This system is not user friendly. It is hard to navigate from entering PTO to reviewing your time to even punching in and out. I don’t have to manage schedules but I have heard that side is just as bad. I haven’t met anyone that likes it.

Why not use Face ID to login? I should type password and 2 steps verifying everytime . It’s too annoying
There are a handful of persistent bugs that make using the “time clock” part of the app frustrating to use. Every single day there is some sort of issue. Closing and reopening a thousand times makes it useable eventually, but occasionally it doesn’t.
Daily bugs include “no companies available,” it says you are signed out but you’re actually not if you close and reopen enough times, and the dreaded infinite loading bar.

I am a supervisor and our company uses this App. There are some weeks I must use the Computer Desktop to make 20 plus corrections a week because my staff cannot clock in or out. There has to be something you can do to make this more user friendly! Please!
So difficult to use and self schedule
I enjoy the app but it sends me to a white screen, from time to time, so I have to uninstall it usually but now that won’t work. Escalated
Almost all aspects of the app don’t work. Can almost never access the desired informative, including paycheck stubs. Making changes is nearly impossible. I cannot believe this seems to be the leading service with an app like this!
Ever since the update end of March 2026 Face ID does not work half the time and it emails me for a code every time I login. Why the f am I having to double authenticate EVERY FLIPPING TIME NOW. DUMB.
You have to try to log in million times and fail million times by sticking at different stages. Just a total nightmare
The app works fine overall. It is no longer as sluggish as it was last year. My only issue with it is that when you go to the “time clock” section to do your punches, the app minimizes, opens your default browser, asks you to log in all over again, then has the audacity to show you a banner at the bottom saying to download the app. I just came from the app because you forced me! Sometimes I find it better to skip the app and do the entire process from the browser, at least saves me the second login.
