They make you pay for Coins but the app doesn’t even generate the videos you request
I was very disappointed when I put two people in the picture to do and it came back with a person I didn’t even know in the picture with me and wasted the coins on it. They didn’t even refund my coins for the picture of myself and a unknown person
Uploaded photo. Made into video. Tried 4 times and each time the faces and hair style were changed. Not even a close resemblance. Not only that, I thought I’d be charged for one week. The charge was $50. I want me money back.
I saw this on social media and decided to download. You have to purchase “credits” to use their app. so I downloaded it because I’ve lost family members that didn’t get to see babies and it would be so nice to put them together, HOWEVER, it’s not unlimited, each template cost you credits, each time you do a picture or video however if it doesn’t turn out decent it will take your credits/money!! It should do that once you are satisfied with the outcome since it involves AI. This is a big rip off, I asked that my credit be put back so I can get what I paid for or what was advertised. The template that I wanted didn’t work but it took my money! So I hope you do right thing and refund me because I didn’t pay for false advertising!

I tried to download and it wants me to add a payment method and when I try to do that it doesn’t work
I thought I was spending 96 cents. Spent $50 for pics that resemble me or my baby. As poor as this app functions, I think our jobs are save from AI at least a few more years.
What is the point of buying the subscription if you need to spend more money to buy coins? Very disappointed.
Just paid for a $50 subscription and app still charges for credits to actually use the app to make anything. Don’t waste your money!

Quise probarla por los 3 días de suscripción sin costo y lo primero que hicieron fue comprar $49.99 desde Cupertino, CA el 12/26/25 quería regalar a mi madre un video de una foto de ella con mi padre fallecido y no solo no la hizo porque pedía más cobro y cuando vi al día siguiente mi cuenta de mi tarjeta me lo sacaron de una y llame inmediatamente al servicio al cliente Apple tengo el número de caso y ni uno ni otro me reembolsaron. No sigan ninguna promoción por Instagram porque es puro fraude y no te regresan tu dinero por no usar esta aplicación VideoAl: AI

I saw an add on Facebook promising this app could make studio AI portraits. When you open the app you can’t even get into it without what looks like signing up for free trial but nope. I was charged $49.99 and didn’t even realize it wasn’t a free trial. I went to try and create a portrait as advertised and there wasn’t even an option to do so! I deleted the app and only then realized I was charged $50 and when I reached out to the app support they don’t even respond. 😡 I would call that a scam.
Unfortunately, the edited photos were very inaccurate. My face appeared to have more wrinkles than I actually do, and my teeth looked noticeably off and unnatural. The final results didn’t reflect how I really look, so I was disappointed with the outcome.
