this app uses AI, but still gives no real information that is beneficial for the price. All it does is track your macronutrients which any other app can do. I deleted my account months ago and I just got a subscription charge despite that. Save your money and time and use a different app.
I cancelled the day I got my weeks trial as I didn’t like it. it’s been MONTHS since I did the trial and I got a bank notification last night that I was charged $75 for another year. I 100% canceled the trial and I’m BEYOND upset at the lack of response from customer service and that I am losing out on my groceries this week because of their scam.
It’s been one day and I want a refund and don’t know how to go about it. I put one of my sourdough scones in and it listed it at 571 calories and they’re 371 and I only ate half so I can’t list my food properly and there’s no workout listings and I can’t list what I burn off during the day. I’ve seen so many positive videos on this app and there was not enough information before charging me. I just wanna delete my account and get a refund.
Works just like an app
Do not purchase. My Ap is frozen. I can't do anything. I can't view my settings to cancel my subscription. I can't do anything. It does not work. Don't purchase.
Subscription is very misleading… I wanted to do a 15 dollar subscription and needed up being charged 43 dollars and then was scheduled to pay another 43 the next month. Definitely NOT what I signed up for!
I got this app and paid for the annual membership outright. That was my mistake. The AI is extremely inaccurate and it doesn’t have nearly as many features as I was hoping. Other apps have more for free. I contacted support to get a refund and they told me I have to use the app for 20 days consecutively and have proof. I told them that I didn’t want to use it because it was so bad. Then they stopped responding. I have tried twice now to get a refund and they have denied me. I’m telling you, save yourself the trouble and download Carb Manager instead.
I really like the idea but it severely overestimates the calories. I ate two tiny things and it said I was over a 1,000 calories for my daily limit. Not sure I can trust this app as much as I’d like to. Sad because I paid for it :(
I haven’t even tried it yet but I’m scared that if I don’t give it five stars there going to locate me and bomb my house
The app works fine with some room for improvement but when cancelling is such a pain it doesn’t deserve more stars. First, they changed my subscription from monthly to annually without asking. And when I decided that o cancel I found out you can’t do it through the app or through iPhone settings, you gotta send them an email. I sent, they never replied and then now I found so many complaints online about people who had the same problem. I regret getting this app so much!

My app stopped working after I logged my meal for a second time because it wasn’t showing how many calories and macros I had left for that day. The raccoon doesn’t even load.
This app is pretty bad with the AI readings and the calorie count is way off. Save your money, this app is trash.
