After long consideration, I finally purchased the app back in December. By the end of January the app was no longer working. I started receiving a “no subscription found” message but I never received the email to retrieve my account. I reached out to support via email and would get the same generic response to make sure I was using the same email I signed up with. They eventually stopped responding to emails so I reached out on IG. They initially responded but quickly stopped responding. So now I’m stuck with an app that I paid for but cannot use.

Honestly, I really like the concept of this app, but I wish it worked more efficiently. I understand the idea behind the subscription, but the AI is not very accurate, which makes it hard to rely on.

I’ve also been experiencing technical issues—my account and username keep disappearing, and despite reaching out to the support team, I haven’t received any response or resolution. That’s really frustrating.

I want to like this app because the concept is great, but the features don’t work consistently, and the risk of losing data makes it feel unreliable. Until these issues are fixed, I can’t fully trust it.

For now, I’d rate it 1/5.

The app is a wonderful idea and is amazing in terms of taking photos and the app identifying your food. However, it isn’t much deeper than that. The integration with other health apps is pretty rudimentary and for $30/month, I’d expect its analysis and recommendations to be more in depth. I found myself clicking through the same few panels looking for more details or recommendations and for it to be very high level. For a high price, I’d like to see more integration with other health apps and deeper analysis and recommendations of what you’re eating and how you could meet its recommendations. Telling me over and over again to eat more protein only goes so far and I can find that advice for far less than $30/month.

UI is good and the AI Detection works moderately well (though is often wrong, for example, I took a picture of 8 grapes this morning and it told me that was 8 servies of grapes and was over 700 calories). My biggest issue with this app is the calorie advice. I said that I was 33 years old, female, 145 lbs, and that I work out 2X a week. I wanted to lose 10 lbs in 2 months (which is an understandably aggressive goal) but it told me to eat a max of 682 calories a day. I personally feel that's a dangerous and inaccurate target, especially for a moderately active person. I do see that if you log exercises it will add to that number, but if you're not constntly logging your steps/exercise/ daily calorie ependiture (which occurs outside of just exercising), you're going to be seriously underconsuming. As with any health recommendations, definitely prioritize real doctors and sources over AI, but I put this same information in other AI Sources (Chat GPT/Gemini/etc) and all sources said that 682 was a dangerous calorie limit that could lead to hormone disruption/muscle loss/etc. So if you want to use this app for calorie tracking, by all means. But please please cross check any health advice coming from this app across other sources.

Scanning a plate of food isn’t very accurate sometimes and you can scan the same plate twice and get very different macros. Scanning food labels and putting in the grams is super easy. The rings don’t make any sense for the days. The past three days I’ve hit my hit my calories goals of 3500 but didn’t log a meal all day according to the rings. Overall not bad but could definitely use some work

I cancelled the subscription the same day downloaded it but still got charged for one month subscription. The app is useless. AI recognition not helpful at all.

Pretty solid app, helps keep track of your macros. Only downside is side is if you dont separate the food it has a hard time figuring out what it is. Also if you add any oils before picture it obviously cant track that so you have to add it in manually. I just take photo manually add in the portions and save them then re use them since i pre weigh everything. Best thing you can do till it gets better. But other than that apps pretty solid . Recognizes restaurants like cava or chipotle from a photo. I give it a solid 9

I would’ve gave this app 4-5 stars a week ago due to how well it worked and actually started losing weight but after paying the full year subscription, a month later my subscription randomly disappeared and it states it cannot find a subscription linked to account even though it clearly shows my one month streak with the premium benefits. Support at this time has been absolutely no help, asking the same questions and being of no assistance when providing the information of the errors receiving.

already cancelled the subscription and keep trying to charged me, and you can not delete your card information

I’m a huge advocate for counting calories - however I have paid for premium the last few months and my app rarely correctly corresponds to my daily record. I will add the food and it will simply not count it. $30 for the year so really not that bad it just does not work great. Additionally it is hard to track unless you have barcodes which is understandable. They don’t really have name brands available by search.

The app works great but my subscription is a mess. I signed up with the $29.99 single user subscription. I then got an email offering an “upgrade” to the family plan for $59.99. I assumed by upgrading I would be charged the $30 upgrade difference. My wife was interested in getting the app. I invited her via the invite tool within the app but it didn’t load. I then tried to cancel the family plan but instead of crediting me the $59.99, it kept the money and cancelled the subscription after the first year. Now my wife has started a “free” trial. When this rolls over and she gets charged I will have paid $59.99 for absolutely nothing. I have reached out for help via the app twice in five days with no response from their technical support. I cannot recommend this app.
