No service for over 3 weeks now . Service guy came out and could not fix service. Still being billed with no service. Can’t get ahold of a person on the phone. They are great at signing you up and taking $$$. But not at good service and support. Support is no. Existent except for AI and that doesn’t fix anything…
I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience with Comcast Internet. The service is unreliable, constantly dropping in and out like a yo-yo, which makes it very difficult to depend on for work or everyday use. Speeds are often much slower than what I’m paying for, and for the price, I expected far better performance.
For something as essential as internet service, consistency should be a given, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Overall, it feels overpriced for the level of service provided. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I don’t think I have billing quite figured out but ok
I’ve registered my account online and called the customer service number and it continues to say my account number isn’t registered online and customer service says account can’t be find. Same as above review…been trying to pay my bill for over 30 minutes smh
No updates when service is out
We are having the worst internet, can not open nothing in my computer and it takes forever to do the minimum.
I swear a decade of misery with Comcast. And only possible because of the bribes, I mean lobbying, that they spend all their income on rather than making a decent service actually work!

Too expensive
Needed to update Wi-Fi password, something that used to be very simple and straightforward, of course Comcast had to obfuscate the process behind this horrible app, sure enough it couldn’t even do that
Service is constantly going out. Reduces our productivity tremendously. They call and give customer surveys and they never follow up to make sure that things are getting better.

Wow, a communication app that regularly doesn’t work deletes your own phone number out of it and then makes it so you can’t even make phone calls or receive them. Thanks, Comcast.
My Internet has gone down multiple times at my place of business. This has caused us to miss sales and many other issues. I have never had an Internet service go down as much as this one. It happens at least once a month during business hours.
