3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.

If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Camtro" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

I had to constantly refresh it in order to record. It doesn’t 24 hour record and when recording it doesn’t catch everything it needs to catch.
Easy to use as well as set up and highly recommend for homes, small businesses, or even storage facilities. When I’m not home , helps me monitor and keep my family safe. 10/10

Sucks, 98% of the time does not record, glitches, waste of money
I love the app it’s actually real nice for the price but the settings constantly reset and I have to manually turn camera on detection to get it to record and I miss out on recordings my neighbor got a package stolen and my camera wasn’t running if they can fix this minor bug and maybe connection issues where your not a second or two behind when talking through camera it’s 5/5 stars but as of today it’s gonna be 3/5 for me

I have been trying to get a hold of their customer service for days and days via email and nobody responds back. I have sent a few emails not by just one. When you go to subscribe it doesn’t tell you in detail what each plan offers I’d like to know on a regular subscription plan. How long does it store the video in the events section.
Won’t stay connected, not picking up everything, requires subscription for each device individually
This camera is so laggy. You will get a notification that there is motion and by the time you check it. The person already left your door step. The motion detection constantly turns off by itself and it notifies me when cars are driving by which is super annoying because I have the motion detection set on high so it should only pick up humans but it even picks up on my plants blowing in the wind. It’s so annoying don’t waste your money
Poor quality, have to go in every other day to change the settings to see get notifications or see people in the camera
Human detection is not what I wanted. I wanted it to send notifications to my phone every time a human was detected but it sends it to the app and sometimes doesn’t even detect all the humans
I bought two doorbell cameras and was able to see live feed when the doorbells were still returnable. A few months in and now I can’t see live feed on this app unless I buy cloud storage. At first I was told I don’t need a subscription to view live feed and now I can’t use the cameras without subscribing to live feed. I would rather use another service and actually subscribe simply because they would have been more honest, transparent and ethical in their business practices. Why have an app we can use for a few months to view camera then now you spam me to buy subscription and block my view if I don’t? Terrible!

The delay on this camera is awful. About time you go to view your camera after you receiving notification. The incident may have already taken place and also the ad that comes on the top asking you for more money for Instant in time viewing ridiculous! You have to pay for service, pay more for real time.
