App is glitchy. Sometimes I can’t even open the app. Other times I can see how well Ollo was able to transfer Ally holders
Keeps saying “invalid request” when I try to make a payment in the app now?? I’ve made several payments in the app with no issues. Why?? I was able to just now make a payment on the website. What’s the point if we can’t make payments on the go in the app? Please fix this.
The app rarely works. I have to sign on through website. FYI: if you have an iPhone you have to use chrome web browser. Very inconvenient.
App won’t load at all I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Even on WiFi I get nothing
The worst banking application I've ever used. It takes time to open and is very slow.
Trying to go fromALLY TO OLLO and they keep saying there is a connection error. Try again later I have not been able to open the app and use a card because I do not have a card. I was not sent a new card nor was my husband not starting out well at all!
Coming from Ally, I was able to access this app for only a couple of days and thought it looked ok, but now have no access at all. App never loads to the login screen. Deleted app and tried again, same spinning wheel and no access. Super disappointed.
Boo hiss!! I didn’t love the Ally app and I have been a customer long enough to remember the original Ollo app pre-Ally and now migration back to Ollo, but this is bad. The app will not open if I’m on WiFi, which of course I am 99% of the time. No issue logging into desktop (WiFi or otherwise) and no problem if I shut off the WiFi and use cellular data. Otherwise it just sits and spins (fully clocked 6 minutes) until I turn WiFi off. This makes zero sense.
Unable to connect
Coming from Ally, the app is very entry level interface, making it super easy to navigate with the home screen having the essential information that you need and trust me I have other credit cards and for some reason all of them just seemed to put a bunch of BS ads on your Home Screen. Will update rating once I become a longer user, but overall good app.
Since Ally merged with Ollo I am having issues logging into the Ollo app. I had no “connection error’ with Ally, but Ollo I can only access the service if I sign in via my computer…..Not convenient at all!
I’ve had this card a little over six months now I started up with decent credit line of $1500. No issues whatsoever so far. I make my payments on time every month and they asked her to try to keep it down because the APR is pretty high 39% I believe. Would recommend.
It’s simple and to the point in navigating through your account as well as setting up alerts , even reaching out to customer service.
They switched over three times they said they were gonna mail me a card and they didn’t. They said I had a switch to the app. The app tells you that you had charges but not how much none of the buttons work and you can’t click on them and they said well then just go to the Internet and type in auto card and go there. I’m not gonna play with my money on the Internet. I use a computer without the Internet and it’s only used when I’m on it and not plugged in.
My card was switched to this company and it is a step backwards in app technology and I dislike it and will be getting rid of this card as quickly as possible
