I still feel like I’m new to Al-Anon, but I’ve been attending meetings and working with my sponsor for just over 3 years.

This app helps me stay connected to the program and to keep the practice in my mind

I just love this app. I can add journal thoughts and new prayers.
I wish it had 2 features: add photos and sync between devices, since I use it on my phone and my tablet.

Great little app with dailies, prayers/meditations, speaker tapes, and a place to keep notes

Whether I’m out running errands, or even at home, I always have my phone in a pocket. It’s nice to pull up the app and have a reading anytime I want. Edit: I just discovered the iPad version which because of more screen space, offers so much more— speakers, journal, prayers! Wow, an excellent resource!

This app helps keep me grounded in my al-anon program. It’s daily reflections, prayers, gratitude journal etc help jeep me firmly planted in today.

All this app does is give one inspirational thought a day. There is nothing else it does. Literally. Nothing.

The daily readings are brief and a visual sharing of ways to understand how the Program works. I find them interesting, practical, and think about them more than once as I continue my day.

I find this app to be a very easy and simple way to understand and receive the Alanon message.

I found this app by chance. Was it chance or was it god? But I wanted something to help me keep focus at the beginning of my day. It is easy to use and I like that it follows the Al-anon literature. If you are looking for a little help to start your day or anytime reminder through the day this app will do it. Thanks.

Since reading the daily reflections everyday and connecting with my higher power I have noticed a huge shift in how I take care of myself . Would love to see the literature on here
