For some reason I had instants from almost the begging of the year and out of nowhere in may it no longer let me use instants

I try to keep logging it and it keeps kicking me out. Also it does not show up on my instagram.
The only way to select a few instants and create a recap is to activate the instants on Instagram inbox, select "create recap" and choose the instants. Why not add this to the app itself?
Would be nice if we can look back at the stories instead of for one time see.
