Ourcana ("Our Arcana") is a Plural System tracker app for managing a collection of members (which can be alters, original characters, personalities, etc).
Track your system members, which of them are fronting (if any, or even all of them!), and use markdown to log journals, design rich profiles (with formatting, style elements, and inline media) and track relationships and interactions between all your system's members.
Import from SimplyPlural, import and sync data (or active members) with PluralKit, or manage all your data entirely offline with exported copies of your whole "deck"!
Ourcana has been tested with up to 20 thousand members.
Ourcana's design and UX allude to classic card decks, fantasy fortune-telling, and medieval alchemy and magic with the "Tarot" and its "Major Arcana" cards as a for-fun, lighthearted theme to manage character, system, member, and group data. One can change all the terms inside the app however they'd like in settings such as "deck, "member", "system", "fronting", etc.
Color highlights, accents, light and dark mode, and more are all customizable in-app with a rich UI. PluralKit and SimplyPlural color settings transfer automatically!
Import from SimplyPlural, import and sync data (or active members) with PluralKit, or manage all your data entirely offline with exported copies of your whole "deck"!
PluralKit synchronization is a first-class feature, with sufficient functionality to completely replace the PK dashboard down the line. Deeper PluralKit-specific integration features will launch with our 1.0.0 online update, so stay tuned!
This application is made with accessibility and ergonomics in mind. I've developed it for my own online community first and many others adjacent to it all over the net known as the "plural" community. As a journal and personal tracking app, Ourcana keeps all your data private, personal, and offline-first by design. Journals are only stored on the device itself, and the sync settings allow one to choose which other data (if any) to share with PluralKit.
Ourcana is priced at $1 to support the development team, but can be found for free, forever through our community resources.
You can try the web app at https://ourcana.space/ before getting the app! Transfer data between devices with the import/export feature.

Community Voice & Feedback
everything about this app is perfect except for the fact it cannot sync across devices. as someone who likes to log front on whatever device i happen to be using at the time, it’s been a bit of a struggle not being able to have the same info on all my devices. other than that, this is everything i could ever want and more!
This app is great, but the tags system is a little strange. We have so many members that it overflows into the actual tag itself and then we cant even see what it’s labeled as anymore. This makes it hard to view the tags we have + their sub tags
The only issue is the images are hard to use,
Like, if you open the app sometimes the profiles pictures will be gone, and you can’t really get them back unless you reset the app, and even then they don’t pop up,

The app is currently in development as I right this so i understand some bugs or not added features! The developer& is super nice and amazing! And they have created an amazing app! Imo it is fully worth it! And if you don't want the app there is always the free website!
This looks great and I’m excited to learn the UI, but none of our profile pictures imported from SimplyPlural, and the currently fronting screen is a little bit hard to navigate due to the overflow of tags we have. I’m going to have to stop using this for now, but I am looking forward to updates :)
Very smooth, very clean UI, good customizability, ease of use is great. I definitely appreciate a lack of cluttered menus. The only hiccup in importing was fully expected due to its offline nature: icons. For anyone unsure what to do about this, I recommend making a Filegarden account! And don't use Discord links, they put an end to image hosting ages ago.
(Removing previous comment about the manual front entry's member list not scrolling as it was fixed in an update! Huzzah!)
Overall though, great experience and I'm very grateful there's a convenient IOS alternative for SP. Thanks, devs!

the presentation is lovely, the UI is simple and charming. however much of the text is small and obscured, with no way of changing it that i can see, and most of the buttons / tab elements are far too small; ie, tapping on the tiniest, faintest of arrows to expand tags is unideal, rather than tapping the tag itself.
adding and removing from front is unintuitive, having to longpress to view a little menu; i'm unsure if the set / add button does anything. while you can edit front times, its a bit of a roundabout. the flow is not particularly useful without these features right there, although the ability to view timeframes (day, 1w, 2w, all time..) is very nice. would love to be able to zoom.
however, the ability to type in preferred terms for everything is phenomenal. i urge every developer of pluran & character tracking tools to have this and not stick to system / alter language.
a dollar well spent though, i eagerly await for what comes next

We've been using a system tracker for about 6 years now, this is the best alternative for IOS users who would like to keep up with their system. I hope future updates come with new surprises and warm welcomes. thank you to the devs for this amazing app
so I imported my SP token, expecting it to take all my avatars over too. So imagine my shock when it didn’t. Well no big deal I’ll just got upload all 447 avatars myself. Only to be shocked once more that the only way to upload an image is through a link. How the hell do you except me to host and create links to 447 images. The amount of time, and honestly money it may require as many free places have upload limits and size limits that are very small is ridiculous. Please for the love of everything add internal image hosting
we absolutely love this app, thank you SO much for giving systems a space to give ourselves a little bit of control in an experience that feels so uncontrollable.
the only issue we have is that the profile pictures keep disappearing and we keep having to reupload them with a new link :(
besides that it’s excellent!!

Very easy to navigate, and incredibly customizable. We love this, we simply cannot wait for what new updates have to offer!! We especially love that this app is made to work offline, so we have no worries of losing all our information. Thank you so much!! ♡︎
I would give it five stars but the adding tags part seems to be rather bugged at the moment.
I really like this app so far, and its layout. The one thing that annoys me a bit is that I can’t upload avatars for my alters from my photo library. I can’t figure out how to convert them into a URL either. It would be nice if uploading them from already downloaded photos could be possible in the future.
this app is absolutely beautiful and i love the way its all laid out and put together! im so excited to see how this app continues to develop and i cant wait to continue to help beta test :)
While still being in early beta this app is amazing so far. It prioritizes being fully offline without dependencies on servers like much of the alternatives. Easily worth the purchase and asking price. Highly recommended to SimplyPlural and Octocon users!
