This is a nice word processor. Difficult font size Control. Kind of buried under the print or whatever function. I eventually found that with the help with my son. And I haven’t found if there’s a different font available this will do … looks kind of like a typewriter font. But very good for what it is and I’m sorry I gave it a bad review and wrote to the developer, whining.
When Microsoft started pushing copilot and pages turned freemium, I realized I needed to find somewhere safer to keep my personal journal.
Thank you for creating this app. Syncing between my Mac and iPhone is seamless. Writing is simple and guides for how to use markdown were incredibly helpful. There are many things I enjoy about this app. The fact that it is a one time purchase and not a subscription is the cherry on top.
The only thing that I have noticed was that, on the Mac, the split screen preview doesn’t always show the same spot as where I am typing. I have to continually scroll up and down to figure out where I am in the document. This can be somewhat tedious when editing large documents.

I use this app everyday, every night. Love it. If I could give some feedback on what could be better… sync between devices needs some polish, for goodness sake iOS 26 Liquid Glass treatment already. I’m sure you know this. Much Love, many blessings!
Don’t get it.
There are some really great features to this app. Once I figured it out, the library is easy to use. It’s a generally intuitive and minimal interface which lets me do what I need to do without a lot of fuss. On the other hand, there are some not so great features too. Once you type enough text to fill your window, I can’t find a way to make the text I’m working on appear anywhere except the very bottom of the screen. This is super annoying when anything is popping up, such as the menu bar for the keyboard. If that’s open, I literally can’t see what I’m writing. But the worst is the autocorrect function which makes really strange guesses as to what I am trying to say. For example, mistyping “library” as “librarar” was autocorrected to “kindest.” ???? As I’m typing this review, that same spelling was autocorrected to “librarian” which makes a lot more sense.
This has long been my go-to writing app for MANY years now. One of the key things I enjoy vs other apps is that this app can be as simple as you one or as complex as you want. If you just want a plain writing app with no distractions and no formatting, you can use it that way and it does it well. If you want an app with all sorts of features, mark down, many options and highlights as you type—for narrative writing, technical writing, or coding—this app is also for you. And you can decide as you’re writing. I absolutely love that, love the flexibility, and love the continuous updates and support from the devs. Amazing work!

The AI setting should make Grok writing in color. I don’t know why it doesn’t.

This app is indispensable for me for the effort of writing. The grammar highlighting forces me to clarify my prose and avoids unnecessary wordiness. Markdown remains my preferred method to get thoughts onto the page without the fiddliness of WYSIWYG writers like Word, Pages, or GDocs.
The best writing app for IOS Hands down. Seem less transition from all my apple devices and a great writing experience, even on my iPhone.
I’ve been using this app for quite some time and find the simplicity and organization to be superb.
My main location in the "Library" is a Dropbox folder. After today's update to 7.3.1, the folder disappeared and I had to re-add it. It worked exactly once, after which it disappeared again, and it was no longer possible to add any Dropbox location. This app is now unusable. Update: still broken in 7.3.2.
