This is a great app. Very easy to keep track of my schedule and see who i'm working with. The only thing that bothers me is that it hugs out so often. I keep getting logged out everytime. Sometimes it even logs me out when i'm in the app looking at my schedule saying that the "session timed out" I just don't understand why it does this all the time. It seriously needs to be fixed asap.

I’ve been using homebase for 4 years now as an employer, and with each update it get worse. Not to mention all the issues I’ve had with your team paying my taxes on time so I get a penalty. Today I have been logged out and it will not allow me to log back in. I think it’s time for me to move my two business to a different platform.

Won’t let me add my own back account. Forces you to sign up through plaid. My bank isn’t supported by plaid. This app is horrible. Also in order to access your money early your bank account has to be over $200. If I had $200 I wouldn’t need to access my early pay

Very easy to set up and use. In a very friendly and non invasive way, Homebase ensures all team members are on the same page even after clocking out. The shoutout system incentivizes work performance and team collaboration. 10/10 would recommend to other businesses.

Since this last update the home page has improved significantly but please fix the team request page, you should add a sort button that allows you to sort the shifts from oldest date to newest date of shift. Also it would be a lot easier to be able to go on the schedule tab and be able to click on an open shift with pending approval and see a list of who applied for the shift and be able to accept it from there. It would allow me to create a full schedule from my mobile device instead of having to get on my laptop every week. And also on the schedule page or somewhere add an option for us to be able to see the hours for the employees for the week to prevent overtime scheduling

Been using this app for a while with one job and it worked just fine. Recently got a second job that uses the same app, but wasn’t able to set a separate availability for Job #2.

Support wasn’t helpful at all. Turns out you’re only allowed to have ONE availability schedule even if you have multiple jobs/locations on the app/website so someone’s always going to have the incorrect availability. According to them, there is no workaround to add location-specific availability, which seems ABSURD since they advertise usability with multiple locations and it lets me switch between jobs in the app/website already. It even lets me select who the availability is for, but it still syncs globally. This should ALREADY be a feature. Please fix this ASAP.
