Paying for no reason!

The app literally doesn’t work. It doesn’t log any phone calls and when trying to set up the unmasking feature, the test call keeps repeatedly coming through. Very annoying

This app no longer works it used to work very well. When you try to setup your phone to unmask the calls my phone just keeps ringing non stop. I would not recommend anyone to use this app

I have tried purchasing this multiple times and it keeps giving me the same issue when I contact support they are no help and give me answers that have nothing to do with the issue I’m complaining about. This used to be a great app that worked but it no longer works or does its job. It’s now a waste. And still no one will help me solve the issue.

I am a new member of this app and I’ve had people called me from Google number this app I’m a paid member I’m not even able to find out the real number where somebody is calling me from and when they are texting me I’m not able to tell that at all and I paid for this app so this is a waste of money don’t waste your money on this try to figure out if there’s something else that will Show Google numbers if somebody is calling from fake numbers.

It has you call a code then next thing you know your busy calls are being forwarded to some scammer in Texas

I downloaded this app 5 months ago. I didn’t like anything about it in the first 5 minutes. Tried to cancel it right then and there. I have been trying to cancel my account for 5 months. Even reported this company to my bank’s fraud department and got a new card. Somehow they are still charging me. Worst app on the store, the Feds are gonna have an easy slam dunk against them one day
Adubb601 • Feb 23, 2026
It’s not sending sms notifications or unmasking calls. It’s not worth 14.99 a month.
primopalestine • Feb 13, 2026
Believe it or not I have had this app since 2008-2009 and it’s never failed me. I use it mostly to unmask blocked calls. I don’t care about the other features. So If you want to see who’s calling you blocke, I suggest this app. Like I said I have this app since two beginning of I phone madness and for over a decade, this app does its job rhagbo keed it for.

Nice and expensive, works great, I Love It!

This app use to work effortlessly. I’ve had this app for about 3-4 years and it use to be good. Now every minute I’m having issues with saved contacts calls being blocked even though they’re saved in my contacts list. It’s really becoming frustrating and annoying that the app has been doing this for over a year. It’s definitely not worth the $100 any more.

Every time I try to get Back on the app, the app just keeps saying that I don’t have an account even though my account doesn’t expire to May19.
#dogylover28970 • Jan 30, 2026
cannot figure out how to cancel subscription and doesn’t even work DO NOT WASTR YOUR MONEY. I would rate zero stars if I could
lbgyhbb • Jan 27, 2026
I’ve had this app for a few years while paying $22.98 a month for two subscriptions. I’m disappointed to say that I realized that the app does not work anymore. I reached out to make TrapCall aware of this issue and nothing has been done to Resolve. I feel like I’ve been wasting money.
