I'm deleting the app. After 4 years of using it, I accidentally updated the app and it's completely useless now and they deleted all my pictures of receipts I had for the past two months.
I haven’t found a better app in this one always recommended to friends, coworkers and family who have to track receipts.
I like it. Don’t have to save receipts.
Perfect for logging physical receipts for my small biz. I don’t need to pay for it as the basic features are enough for me. If you have a lot of receipts, you may want to pay for the upgraded features.
Was exciting to try this out. Realized you’d have to manually put in every single information, or pay $99/yr for OCR extraction🙄. Better just put your data in excel rather than downloading the app and allow them track your activity and resell it 😊
I can’t get information about the product, the differences in the plans, etc. I can see several subscription offers. What’s the difference? Can’t find that info.
Tried finding out more on my Mac, since that’s an easier interface for sending email. Entered a support ticket in their interface, which I can access without logging in. I should say tried to enter as after I typed up the questions I was told I was blocked.
So, with so many unknowns, I cancelled the free trial. Again, it looks like the product I want. But so many questions, and so few answers. I don’t mind paying for a product if it meets my needs. But can’t tell if it does or doesn’t.

It’s a simple, clean app that works great. The updated interface is working well & looks good. I really like the auto picture/cropping feature that has been added. My only suggestion for the dev would be, switch the qwerty keyboard to the number keypad when entering amounts manually, if possible.
I found this not intuitive to use. First of all I opened the app, hit the plus button & scanned my 30 receipts, THEN found no way to add them to a report. So then I tried making the report first and adding the receipts by **rescanning**(!) them. Unfortunately I accidentally hit something on about receipt 18 that pushed me out of the adding receipts process and so all those second scans seemed to be lost as well. Also, the pro version should use the daily exchange rate as a default, not make me hit “pro” on every receipt. The scan & read receipt option seems to struggle finding the white border of the receipt. I ended up adjusting for most scans unless they were tiny. I’m giving up because this is too annoying.
I love this app. It saves me tons of time.
Tax time was easy at one point with this app. Everything is organized and it would take 30-60 minutes to get everything together rather than 3-6 hours. I had a situation 2 years ago where I lost 4-5 months of receipts but gave them the benefit of the doubt because their support team responded so quickly. But this app has been more nightmare than blessing for the last year. Between every receipt I’ve scanned in the last 5 years being removed then uploaded again, missing receipts that get stuck in the unattached file spinning for weeks/months and now scanning receipts that say they’ve been scanned and are done but are not there. This has been 2 year’s of tax time nightmares. I’ve downloaded several similar apps since and honestly this is the best of all of them. But that’s only when it is working correctly. I’ve lost dozens of receipts that I can’t recover and have gotten rid or and dozens of hours trying to find and rescan receipts into other apps. I have given too much time and have lost too much information to continue on.
Keeps it nice and easy for me to snap a picture of my receipts for all expenses while on a work trip, and I can even have multiple reports built to keep personal and work money separate. I can then email the report directly to my accounting department from my phone and not have to worry about expense reports once I get back to the office!
The free account has everything I need. Easy to use and very quick. Love it!
