All my cameras go down simultaneously and when I called to find out the problem the foreign agent who couldn’t understand wants to point at my Internet. I’ll be junking this security system soon. I’ve had these cameras for @10 years plus and never had this happen before and can’t get the problem resolved due to lack of the English language in tech support.

I have a ring doorbell and an inside camera and it’s works good for me
We like our ring camera.
I often notice packages on the ground in front of my Ring camera but the person doesn’t appear on camera at all, that is concerning. It happens a lot when I order packages and I didn’t receive a notification that someone came to my home or that they even called me on ring, this is very disappointing
I have owned this for little over a month now & have had nothing, but great success with it & I’m happy & proud to own one! What more can I ask for?
I bought the product. I don’t want to keep paying for it.

Here’s the real deal with the app and Ring itself. You have to pay a subscription to use it. Other wise you won’t be able to capture video or anything. Also, if the battery is low, no matter what you do, it won’t allow you to access the live view. For these to reasons (1. Being able to check my camera when I want and 2. Not having a subscription for the rest of my life) this app and company I would say is obsolete. Especially when there are better alternatives out there.
I received notification that there was motion in front of my house at 6am. And if I wanted to see the footage I needed a subscription. I signed up at ~8am, and now I can’t see the footage. Says “no footage found, ring plan was inactive during the event, so this video didn’t record.” - I find this type of behavior from apps so scammy, and makes me lose trust. Not a good way to start my morning.
Ring lost all out footage going back 7 years! Our package was stolen and we couldn’t even see who did it!
They accused us for deleting our own footage. What a shame

I have 4 cameras. 3 outdoor, 1 indoor wifi access in all areas (within 10 feet) all of my cameras are now constantly needing reconnected with 3/4 to 1/2 batteries. It’s frustrating. 2 are even on the exterior of our home, closest to the home wifi. Only 2 years old. Fiber lines recently checked and no change to wifi or signal.
Terrible connection and troubleshooting steps! My camera has been off for a year
Just helps the cops find your murderer but won’t help you identify anybody on your property until they leave. The lag on it is so slow, if there were an intruder, they’d certainly have killed me and escaped before the footage ever pulls up on any device. Youre better off just setting up a camcorder outside and dumping the service.
