Product Positioning & Context
Your follow-ups are only as good as your meeting notes. Wispr Notetaker gets your words and your speakers right, so your recaps, follow-ups, and answers are too. Before the meeting starts, it checks the invite so names are spelled correctly, and it brings the terminology you've already taught Wispr Flow into every conversation. Your transcripts use real names instead of "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2," and every meeting is ready to pull into Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. Available on Mac. Free to try.

Long time granola user here - how does this stack up to it? Any killer features / uses cases that would make someone move over? Thank you!
One thing that’s a must today is being able to get these meetings into other services (like Zentrik). Is there an API? Granola for us was useless until we reverse engineered their local api. I’m a huge wispr fan, but won’t be able to switch without it!
Kudos to everyone in the team to have shipped this product. Having tested Notetaker internally for the last month, I can't wait for everyone to experience it!
The cat is finally out of the bag! While I may not spend eight hours a day in meetings, the ones I do attend are usually intense, packed with stakeholders, each voicing different requirements and complex problems. Before Notetaker, trying to actively listen, track who said what, and take detailed notes created a ton of cognitive load. Honestly, I usually ended up compromising on all three. And that's why Notetaker's accuracy and speaker diarization are my absolute favorite features. I'm now able to stay 100% present and fully engaged in the conversation. Afterward, I can look back and see exactly who said what, understand individual priorities, and pinpoint who is actually experiencing which issues.
Ever since I discovered Wispr, I wondered when I'd be able to use its capabilities to transcribe any and all of my meetings. This project has been a long time coming and today I'm super proud to be a part of the Notetaker team! I hope the world loves and enjoys Notetaker as much as we do!!
was fun to work on, lots to come!
Head of Social here — and new on the Wispr team (joined last week). As you can imagine, there were lots of meetings leading up to launch. Notetaker didn't miss a thing, and helped me keep track of everything I needed. Such a smooth product to use, and integrates perfectly into my workflow. The whole team is excited for this to be out in the wild. Let us know what you think!!
Fixing names before the call instead of after is so obvious in retrospect. Hard to believe nobody did it sooner. Congrats on the launch
Product Design Lead at Wispr Flow! 👋We've poured our hearts into this release, and I’m thrilled for you to try it. Flow is already the best way to capture your thoughts and voice hands‑free, and now it comes with a personal notetaker that records every meeting flawlessly. No more asking, “Jenny, can you take notes?”We’ll keep rolling out updates over the next few weeks, so stay tuned as we turn more of your hopes into reality. 💛Thank you for your support!
I work on the GTM team at Wispr, which basically means I live in back-to-back meetings.I've been using AI note-takers for the last couple of years, so I'm a pretty picky customer. Watching Wispr Notetaker come together has been especially fun because I kept thinking, "Okay... but does it actually know who said what?"Turns out, yes. It's the first note-taker I've used that consistently nails diarization. Action items end up with the right people instead of becoming my problem by default. For the first time, I actually trust the meeting summary enough to stop taking my own backup notes. The cherry on top is MCP. I can feed everything I learn throughout the day into Claude, and it completely changes how I work. My action items stay organized, my priorities stay sharp, and I walk into every meeting already up to speed instead of scrambling to remember what happened last time.
"Gets the details right" is the whole game with meeting notes. What does it do when two people talk over each other, which is when every tool I've tried falls apart?
Thanks! Time to save some money and cancel our Granola subscription 😄
So glad to see this come to life. It has been such a pleasure watching it take the shape it has today.I lead India at Wispr, but I also take a lot of pride in being a pro user of Flow. I am just so excited to see the accuracy I have come to rely on in Flow translate into my meeting notes. Almost everything we do after a meeting builds on the transcript underneath it, so starting by getting that layer right feels like exactly the right bet. This is amazing. So proud of the team.
Wispr Notetaker is the only meeting recorded to have won my trust. I had never used one before, but this one just folded into my existing workflows so easily. I love that it’s non-intrusive, catches everything accurately, and seamlessly passes context to my agents through MCP. I also like using it to dump my own long thoughts into a dedicated spot, all while I surf around my laptop.
