Community Voice & Feedback
We run metrics reviews for a few different stakeholders (team, investors, community leads) and right now someone manually screenshots different chart subsets into separate Slack channels each week. Can one Basedash subscription target multiple channels with different chart selections, or does each destination need its own setup?
The "someone has to remember to screenshot it" line is exactly how our Monday numbers happen right now, someone opens the dashboard, screenshots it, pastes it in Slack. Does the schedule respect each recipient's own timezone, or is a subscription fixed to whichever timezone it was created in?
Hey everyone, Max here from Basedash.
Today we're launching Basedash Subscriptions: subscribe to any dashboard or chart and it gets delivered to your inbox or a Slack channel on a schedule you pick.
Every team has a reporting ritual—the Monday metrics review, the Friday pipeline check, the first-of-the-month board pack. And someone always has to remember to open the dashboard, screenshot it, and post it.
Now you set it once. Pick a dashboard, choose "every Monday at 9:00 AM", point it at #metrics or a set of teammates, and Basedash sends a fresh snapshot of every chart with a link back to the live version. Schedules run from daily to quarterly, you can stack multiple subscriptions on one dashboard, and pausing takes one switch.
We've been running Basedash on this ourselves: our Monday revenue review and daily KPI digest now just show up in Slack before standup. Nobody has manually posted a dashboard screenshot since.
Subscriptions are live today for all Basedash users. PH community gets an extra week on the trial this week. Happy to answer anything.
