1-2 hours for something simple vs 2-4 weeks for enterprise is honestly a pretty believable range, not the fake 5 minutes for everything claim these launches usually make. Congrats on the launch!

Congrats on the launch! Thoughts on humalike.ai? good or bad fit?
[Redacted] • Sep 10, 2026
how do you keep tests on past tickets from overfitting to the old way the team handled them
[Redacted] • Sep 10, 2026
In what manner does Nova evaluate the agents with respect to old tickets? Is it by playing back real conversations or simulating new conversations?Btw, Congrats @davideberle & team on the Excellent launch of Typewise Nova. 🚀✌️

congrats on the launch loving the focus on agents remembering context across channels, quick qustion how does typewise Nova handle context rentention when a user switches between channels like email and live chat mid issue?

For me full automation feels a bit risky, tell me how well does it actually handle weird edge cases without making mistakes?
[Redacted] • Sep 10, 2026
My support team suggested trying this to reduce manual CRM updates across multiple channels.

I am curious how it handles duplicate entries if a customer emails and chats at the same time.

A friend in B2B recommended I check out Typewise for our billing tickets, so here I am!

Congrats on a very cool (and valuable) product. The 15-minute setup sounds very cool, but the reason these tools need so much setup is because the real world is full of exceptions. And good solutons often depend on decisions that are not documented. So I'm curious after those first 15 minutes, roughly how much more work does a typical customer need to do before they're ready to trust Nova to handle tickets autonomously?

Happy launch! "Runs, tests, monitors and improves” is a pretty ambitious loop. What part of the operation still requires the most human oversight today? Good luck today!

This feels like a natural evolution from simple AI chatbots to truly useful AI agents.

This is a smart approach to AI customer service. Can Nova identify when an agent gives a poor response?
