Community Voice & Feedback
Nice! Are you planning to introduce invoice bank payment processing (for enterprises) as well?
Nice! Do you integrate with Lovable sites?
So much hassle dealing with global compliance and tax, and it's not really something you can just ignore! Great to see how Creem is progressing - amazing product!
Good luck with the launch!
Hey Product Hunt! π Slava here, CTO at Creem π¦I run engineering, and for 2.0 my own corner was the billing and developer side: usage-based billing with credit wallets, checkout on your own domain, and a CLI with full API coverage. If you can ship a product in a weekend, you shouldn't need a week to start charging for it. So the rule for 2.0 was simple: everything you can do in the dashboard, you can do from the API, the CLI, and our MCP server. Creem is meant to be run by an agent as much as by a person. Point Claude Code or Cursor at it, and it can create products, wire up webhooks, ship a checkout, and watch your first sales come in, without you reading a single reference page. The part I spent the most nights on is billing. When we surveyed merchants this summer, nearly every serious "usage-based" request came from an AI product whose cost of goods is inference tokens. Nobody asked for pure pay-per-use. They asked for subscription plus overage, and prepaid credits that top up automatically instead of cutting a user off at the cap. So that's what we built: a credit wallet per customer, custom meters drawing against it, and tax and invoicing handled by us as merchant of record, same as any other sale.Custom-domain checkout was our most-upvoted request by a wide margin. Your checkout now lives on your own subdomain: point a CNAME at us, TLS is issued automatically, and you're live.If you're integrating today and something is missing from the API, or the docs let your agent down, reply here. I'm around all day, and that's the fastest way to get it onto the roadmap.
Hey Product Hunt! π Joosep hereI whisper to the payments system at Creem. I've been squeezing card authorization rates since 2007, at different scalups across PayOps, acquiring, engineering and product. I took a short founder detour until @sudoferraz invited me back to what I like doing: making sure the money arrives. Most payment setups were built for companies with a finance team, a payments team and a year to integrate. A lot of the people selling on Creem are three founders and a few AI agents selling in 190+ countries. So we've been building for how those teams work: splitting revenue with partners and affiliates, usage-based pricing, paid trials, and more cards approved on the first try.The thing I'm most excited about is the Partner plan. It's for teams that have outgrown self-serve and want a payments team without hiring one. You get a dedicated account manager on WhatsApp, a weekly payments session with us, faster payouts, 0% fees on splits and affiliates, and a Creem Visa card to spend your balance directly.I also like the team and the problems we get to work on. On a given day, payments work here goes from negotiating an acquirer contract in the morning to reading decline codes, shipping a fix in code and seeing acceptance move by the evening. The problems are hard and nobody waits for a handoff. If you have questions about payments, payment methods or acceptance rates, ask them here. I'll be around to answer.
Hey! Would this be a solution for handling payment verification of our mobile apps?
Hey Product Hunt! π MΓ€rt hereI run Merchant Success at Creem β basically I spend my days watching how people actually get from "just signed up" to "took my first real payment," and removing every bit of friction in between. That's the lens I look at 2.0 through. A lot of MoR platforms make you feel like you've been handed a compliance homework assignment before you can sell anything. We've been obsessed with the opposite: get a store live, get products in, get a checkout that converts β fast β and let Creem quietly handle the tax, fraud, disputes and payouts underneath. The feature I'm most excited about is how much of the setup is now self-serve and fast. You can import your existing site, get your catalog pulled in, and be selling globally without hiring anyone to babysit it.The thing I love most is honestly just reading the data every morning and seeing more merchants cross that first-real-payment line. If you're onboarding and something feels clunky, ping me here β I read all of it and half our roadmap comes from exactly that.
Hey Product Hunt! ππΌMartins here, part of the Creem team. π¦I'm the first face you'll e-meet at Creem: I look after onboarding and compliance. I check that everyone coming in is playing by the rules, which sounds boring until you realise it's exactly what keeps the platform healthy for the people already inside. The other half of my job is making that process feel less like a waiting room. As more stores and products come in, I'm constantly working on getting the onboarding flow faster and smoother, because nobody should have to sit around for days just to start selling. So if you onboard and things go quickly and quietly, that's the goal. π― And if you ever have a question about your store or a review, I'm genuinely happy to help. Very excited about the 2.0 launch!
Hey Product Hunt πI'm Gabriel, CEO and co-founder of Creem. We picked today on purpose. September 17 is Creem's founding anniversary, so shipping Creem 2.0 on the same day felt right. The thesis in three lines:Building a product went from months to a weekend. Getting paid for it did not.As AI collapses the cost of building, the winners are the ones who monetize and grow fastest, not the ones who code fastest. So we took the merchant of record and turned it into a full commerce surface: checkout on your own domain, billing built for the AI era, flexible affiliates, short links, and a CLI your agent can drive to set up, run and monitor your store end to end.Build with AI. Sell with Creem. We are the seller of record, so we handle payments, taxes and payouts across 190+ countries, and you only pay when you earn (3.9% + 40c, no monthly fees). The part I am most excited about: billing that finally fits the AI era. Credit wallets, usage based pricing, custom meters, no 30 pages of docs. Your agent sets it up in a prompt and keeps running and monitoring the store after. You built it in a weekend; charging for it should feel like a weekend too.And we are going all in: today we are also announcing that we raised β¬5M to build the next generation financial OS for the lean, modern teams building with AI. This launch is what that money is going toward. To celebrate, we have a launch day gift. Sign up and complete onboarding today and redeem the code CREEMPHBIRTHDAY (live only today): your first $10,000 in volume is processed with 0% fees, and you get 0% fees on affiliates for life. Finish onboarding today to lock it in, approval can come after.Zooming out for a second: we believe companies will start looking more like a code repository instead of an org-chart with a payroll, so our mission is to let lean teams of humans and AI agents do business globally, so anyone with an idea can sell and grow from day one. Creem 2.0 is the first real proof of that, agents doing actual business, not just writing code. The raise is so we can go all the way with it.I'll be here all day. Ask me anything: the merchant of record model, pricing, what actually shipped in 2.0, or where we are taking it next. Real questions and hard feedback both welcome, that is how the last two launches made us better.
