The "chief of staff for information" angle is what I want — I lose half my morning re-reading the same Slack threads before I know what to work on. Does Ancher pull from email and chat, or is it mostly docs and notes for now?

It's not clear form the video if it does remember everything I check or only things I save.

"garbage in, garbage out didn't disappear when AI got good" is the line that'll stick with me, that's exactly the part everyone skips when they pitch "AI that remembers everything for you." the question I'd want answered before trusting it with real work: when two things I've saved disagree, say an X post arguing one way and a podcast arguing the opposite, does Ancher surface that tension when it pulls from both into a brief, or does it just blend them into something confidently wrong? connecting related ideas is great when they agree, the harder and more useful case is when they don't.

Love this idea. I save tons of articles, videos, and random ideas but rarely go back to them. Being able to actually turn all that saved content into something useful is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Excited to give this a try!

The hardest part of these systems is adding content . I spend every morning reading through Linkedin, X, Hacker News, Product Hunt, and bookmarked items I want to read later but every system makes it difficult to import those bookmarks.

Where does Ancher stand in relation to Notion, Readwise, and Obsidian? Is there an option for me to import my notes?Btw, Congratulations @vincentwu800 , @ula6 and team Ancher 2.0 🚀🎊

Natural search ftw! Cross-device syncing, too. Nice. Can't get over how the AI voice in the video kept saying "An-cher" 😅

Vincent, finding the exact moment in a saved video with the source attached caught my eye. Much easier to bring something back into your work when you can get straight to the relevant bit. Congrats!

This is amazing I was facing a similar problem and was about to build it myself. Just a quick question, is there any feature present/planned that will let me export all my saved content

I’m incredibly excited to finally share Ancher with the Product Hunt community today. We built Ancher around a simple frustration: we save more useful information than ever - articles, videos, PDFs, posts, notes, ideas — but most of it gets buried and rarely becomes useful again. With Ancher, we want to change that. Instead of just giving you another place to store things, Ancher connects what you save, helps you search and ask questions across your knowledge, and most importantly, turns it into something new - research, reports, presentations, content, and ideas in your own voice. For me, that’s what makes Ancher exciting: Save → Recall → Create.Your knowledge shouldn’t just sit in a folder. It should keep working for you. We’re still early and learning fast, so I’d really love to hear how you use Ancher, what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d like us to build next. Thanks for checking us out and supporting our launch! 🚀

I save way too many articles, videos, and interesting posts that I almost never look at again.Ancher 2.0 has a pretty interesting take on that problem. You can throw in links, PDFs, YouTube videos, screenshots, and other stuff without organizing everything into folders. It connects related ideas, lets you search across what you've saved, and helps turn that material into actual work like research briefs, posts, and presentations.I like that the goal isn't just building a bigger collection of notes. It's making the things you've already consumed useful when you need them.Kudos to @vincentwu800 and the whole Anchor team!

The smarter your agent gets, the more your inputs matter.Garbage in, garbage out didn't disappear when AI got good.I'm Vincent, co-founder of Ancher. I spent 15 years in media—at HuffPost, Yahoo News, and NewsBreak—helping algorithms decide what people should see. Now I'm helping people—and their agents—get back to what was worth keeping.Because that's where things get interesting. We can all use the same models. But we haven't read the same things, noticed the same details, or connected the same ideas. The work starts becoming yours before you ever write a prompt.A line in an X post. Thirty seconds in a YouTube video. An argument in a podcast that changes how you think. That's raw material for your next piece of work. And most of it never makes it into the chat window. We keep upgrading the intelligence. Then we make people copy and paste its inputs.Ancher 2.0 is our bet on that missing layer. We call it an Agentic Dropbox. Dropbox made your files available wherever you worked. We're building Ancher to make what you save usable wherever your agents work.Save a post, video, podcast, article, or a thought before it slips away. Later, you don't need the title, the URL, or the exact words. “What did I save about...?” should be enough. Find the exact sentence or video moment, with the source. Then put it to work in ChatGPT or Claude—or use Ancher's agent to turn it into a post, report, or presentation. That whole journey—from something catching your attention to an agent actually using it—is what we're building infrastructure for.A saved link is a starting point. Your agent needs the content inside it, the relevant part, and a way back to the source. That's what makes your collection useful at the moment you're trying to do something. Our bet is simple: better agents make this layer more valuable. Every improvement in what an agent can do gives you another way to use what you've already collected.Your agent will change. Everything you've learned shouldn't have to start over. That's Ancher 2.0. The magic starts BEFORE THE PROMPT.Great in, great out.Try it with something you only half remember. Tell us what it finds—and where it falls short. We're here.
