Community Voice & Feedback
How long does the setup take? Congrats
Love that Polylane flags the risky pull requests before they hit production, so I can see the blast radius of a change right in the review.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Matanya from the Polylane team.
Our first two launches focused on investigating and fixing problems in production. With Polylane Impact Analysis, we're bringing that production context into pull request review, before a change merges.
A pull request can pass its tests and still break the system it lands on. Think of a database index that locks a busy table, or a change that assumes capacity or configuration that production doesn't have.
Polylane reviews each pull request against your live infrastructure, dependencies and telemetry. It leaves a GitHub comment and a production-impact check with the evidence behind its verdict and a safer path forward. You can require the check to block risky merges, or leave it advisory. It also proposes missing instrumentation on the pull request's own branch, matching your existing setup.
Your team stays in control: code changes go through your normal review, and production write actions require your approval unless you've allowed them ahead of time. Polylane keeps watching after deployment, too.
You can get started with the free plan. We'd love to hear: what production issue has slipped through your code review and CI, and what evidence would have helped you catch it before merging?
