Product Positioning & Context
Dottr is an AI teammate for contracts that lives in your email. Forward a thread or notes and it drafts the agreement from your templates, reviews risks in plain English, sends it for signature, and chases every signer until it’s done. Signers need no login. It also remembers the terms and dates so you can ask what you agreed later. From draft to signed instantly, so the yes doesn’t go cold.

Really great onboarding! I like that you go through a "signing" as part of it.https://neophyte.run/runs/run-oum3eqkk?tab=flow
Starting the contract from the email thread where the deal was agreed is such a smart place to begin, Raeeza! The $1 per contract pricing with no seats is refreshing too. When Dottr flags a risk against the playbook, does it show the exact clause and the playbook rule side by side, so the reviewer can see why it was flagged?
It makes the whole process easier. Do you send automatic reminders if someone forgets to sign?
Great idea btwshould be usefulgood luck with your launch, guys!
Have used Dottr to close deals with some influencers. Its the easiest way to do that. Love the concept of just CCing the bot and it taking care of everything. Congrats on the launch and good luck to you guys!
👋 Hey PH! I’m Raeeza, co-founder & CEO of Dottr.I built Dottr after years in Venture Capital watching the same thing happen over and over: a deal gets agreed on a call, then days (sometimes weeks) disappear into drafting, Word redlines, and chasing signatures. From both sides of the table. It sucks! What started as a desire to kill the lag between a verbal yes and a signed deal became the AI agent you just forward the thread to.Forward call notes or the email thread and Dottr:📝 Drafts your contract from your template or from scratch⚠️ Flags risks against your playbook in plain English✅ Handles internal approval🔄 Runs your custom workflows and signing routings✍️ Sends for signature and chases every signer📅 Tracks renewalsYou just approve. Verbal yes to out for signature in a couple of hours, not days. Signers need no account.$1 per contract. Outcome-based pricing. No seats. No setup.Got a contract you’ve been putting off? Forward it and tell Dottr what you need. We know this group’s feedback will make Dottr better. Thanks for reading! 🙏
