Product Positioning & Context
Pasta is a personal trainer in your pocket. Ask for "a 30 minute upper body workout", and it'll build it for you. While you train, the app uses voice as a guide, so you can focus on pushing yourself hard. It does plans too! Tell it what you're training for and it writes a plan around the days you can train. The app runs on Apple Intelligence and needs no account. Your progress and health data stays on your device. Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence on iOS 27.

Community Voice & Feedback
Great to see a personal trainer running on Apple Intelligence, so my workout advice can stay on the phone instead of going off to a server.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Tim, and I made y'all some Pasta. :)Others have New Year's resolutions to get fit, mine's to build an app in hopes of getting fit.Fun fact, I did build something like this over 10 years ago but I never released it. Co-founder issues if you must know. I called it Träna Fit, träna being the Swedish word for train. I remember hiring a voice actor on Fiverr to speak rep counts. She had such a sultry voice, which made the app/workout experience quite interesting.Fast forward to today and voice models are good enough to do much of this, and more. It's one out of many things I've always wanted to have during my workouts. When it comes to planning and generation, I have to admit that it does still have plenty of room for improvement. I'm hoping to make the evals better as I get more feedback on what's working and what's not. Over time, I'd like for it to come as close as possible to what a certified personal trainer would build for you based on your goals and needs.I also realize that getting fit and working out isn't solely about knowing what to do. There's also the motivation + accountability part, and I do have some ideas on the roadmap that I'll share later. And I swear, it's not gamifying your health and fitness results.Give the app a try. I'd love to know what you ask it for first, and whether you'd do the workout it builds. I'll be here all day answering questions - though it is my mum's birthday today and I'll be out for dinner in the evening but will keep an eye on here occasionally.
