Nice launch, congrats. 15 minutes with the same 5 people every day is a real commitment. Curious why you reshuffle groups monthly though. For me the pressure comes from not wanting to let down people who know my project, so I'd almost want to keep a group that works.

a 15 min daily call only works if it lands at the same hour for everyone. from Lisbon that's easy with Europe and hard with the West Coast. do circles get matched by time zone first, or by what people are building?

Nice idea! Congrats! I'm afraid to try and not commit 🤣

⚾️ "Curve ball" question: 🙋 Shipping is easy in 2026. Shipping quality is scarce these days. How do you balance shipping vanity over quality?

looks cool!

Going inactive after 3 missed days in a row is a fair way to keep circles from going stale. Do most people hold the same call time for weeks, or move around?

@amraniyasser @bengeekly Most productivity tools help you plan, but having the same people notice whether you actually shipped gives those plans some teeth.

Friend and partner of the founder here ! I watched this idea grow out of how we organized our own weeks and kept each other accountable. Happy to see it become Doneas.

Great product, how did you exactly came up with the idea though? Did you or someone you knew faced this problem?

What if I miss one of the calls? Some days I am just too busy.
