The system converts seawater + electricity into liquid ammonia (NH₃) using a four‑block closed hydrogen loop: MW‑driven hydrogen production from seawater (Block 1, Type I‑W‑MT coastal variant), modular Haber–Bosch NH₃ synthesis (Block 2, HB/HB‑M), standard NH₃ storage and logistics (Block 3), and onboard NH₃ cracking back to hydrogen for propulsion (Block 4, Type I‑A/D‑A). No hydrogen is stored at any point in the chain. NH₃ is the sole energy carrier, enabling ambient‑temperature storage, compatibility with existing global logistics, and zero‑carbon combustion at the point of use. The architecture is the upstream fuel‑supply system for the H₂‑EM Aero Engine v1.3 — AEMS LLC’s zero‑stored‑hydrogen, on‑demand NH₃‑cracking aviation engine for Lycoming and Continental piston–propeller aircraft. The plant produces the liquid NH₃ feedstock consumed by the onboard Type I‑A/D‑A cracker, closing the hydrogen loop from seawater to thrust. Block 1 replaces electrolysers with the Type I‑W‑MT multi‑tube microwave cracking array, fed directly from seawater via integrated reverse‑osmosis desalination.
