IRI Model: Beyond the "Light Fallacy" – Real-Time Galactic Mapping and the Logic of Aspiration Propulsion

We are currently mapping the universe using "old photos." Relying on light, Doppler effect, and standard candles means assuming the vacuum is empty and constant. It isn't. This paper introduces the Induction Resonance Interface (IRI) to solve two fundamental problems that are currently stalling human progress: The Observation Gap: Why our current coordinates are wrong. By integrating Turgor (T) and Neurotransmitter Activity (Gn), I demonstrate how to calculate the real-time position of galaxies within the Liquid Space (Sl) medium, bypassing the distortions of the "Light Fallacy." The End of Propulsion: Why are we still trying to "burn" our way through space? Once you understand the fluid-dynamic pressure of the universe, the concept of an engine changes. This document outlines the logic of Aspiration Interface and Neutral Pressure Shielding—technologies that don't fight the universe but use its own pressure (The Markariann Effect) to move mass.
