Thank god I don’t have Apple Pay set up. If you do a free trial it charges you through apple PAY not subscription. You cannot cancel it. Anyways I paid for 1 month because I could only use my Apple ID if I paid up front. NONE of the sounds advertised were on the app. I will be submitting a refund...

There’s no way to cancel your free trial and then they charge you for the full year. They only let you cancel your subscription after the trial ended so there’s no way to prevent the annual charge. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Huge scam

They charge you even when you’ve cancelled during the trial period. The charges just show up and then to request a refund you have to go through a website that autogenerates a response that says you don’t qualify. You can’t contact anyone. Stay away.
