[Bug] "Personal" tab not visible in Claude Desktop Cowork plugin marketplace
Environment:
Claude Desktop: v1.1.5749 (ecf3d9)
Build date: 2026-03-08
Feature: Cowork → [Plugins]
OS: windows
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Claude Desktop
Navigate to the Cowork tab
Click "Customize" (カスタマイズ)
Click "Browse Plugins" (プラグインを参照)
Expected Result:
A "Personal" (個人用) tab should be visible alongside "Anthropic & Partners" tab, allowing users to add custom marketplaces from GitHub.
Actual Result:
Only the "Anthropic & Partners" tab is displayed. The "Personal" (個人用) tab is not visible, making it impossible to add custom marketplaces like phuryn/pm-skills.

Additional Context:
According to the documentation for phuryn/pm-skills, users should be able to add the marketplace by:
Going to "Personal" (個人用) tab
Clicking the + button
Selecting "Add marketplace from GitHub"
Entering the repository URL
However, the "Personal" tab does not appear in my installation, preventing me from proceeding with these steps.
