Integration of skill governance and evolution capabilities (deduplication, merging, quality improvement, sharing) with the Hermes HUD UI.

Hi, I'd like to suggest a complementary direction for `hermes-hudui`.
Project:
github.com/AMAP-ML/SkillClaw
`hermes-hudui` focuses on visibility into Hermes activity. SkillClaw focuses on another problem that emerges once Hermes is used heavily over time:
- skills accumulate duplicates
- older skills become stale
- multiple agents / devices create fragmented skill silos
Its role is a post-task skill evolution loop that:
- deduplicates related skills
- merges overlapping skills
- improves skill quality over time
- shares skill growth across agents / devices / teams
I think the two directions fit well together: one improves observability of Hermes, the other improves long-term skill quality behind the scenes.
If useful, I can send a concise technical summary or demo angle.
