UI/UX improvement: Optimize floating action button for feedback and navigation.

Technical Positioning
Enhancing user experience through efficient use of screen real estate, improved accessibility, and intuitive navigation. Maintaining core functionality while reducing visual intrusion.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This feature request addresses a critical UI/UX problem: the floating `Feedback` button's excessive screen real estate consumption. Its current 'pill' design obstructs content, particularly on smaller viewports. The proposal to replace it with a compact, draggable control that integrates a 'Back to top' action demonstrates a clear understanding of user needs for both feedback submission and efficient navigation on long pages. Hiding the text label by default, revealing it on hover, and ensuring keyboard accessibility are key improvements. This optimization reduces visual clutter, enhances usability, and maintains essential functionality, directly impacting user satisfaction and engagement by providing a less intrusive yet highly functional interface element.

Feature request: Compact draggable floating actions with back-to-top

## Feature Request: Compact draggable floating actions with back-to-top

### Background

The current floating Feedback button is useful, especially on long gallery pages where users may want to report issues or share suggestions from anywhere on the page.

However, the current full `Feedback` pill takes up a noticeable amount of horizontal space on the pet grid. Depending on viewport size and scroll position, it can overlap card content or feel visually heavier than necessary.

At the same time, I do not want to lose the current draggable behavior, because being able to move the floating control out of the way is still valuable.

### Proposal

Replace the current floating `Feedback` pill with a compact draggable floating action control.

Suggested behavior:

- Keep the floating control draggable.
- Make the whole compact pill draggable, instead of adding a permanent visible drag handle.
- Add a one-click `Back to top` action in the same floating control.
- Show the `Back to top` action only after the user has scrolled down far enough for it to be useful.
- Keep the feedback action visible, but hide the `Feedback` text label by default.
- Reveal a small `Feedback` label on hover/focus so the control remains understandable without always occupying extra space.
- Preserve keyboard accessibility with clear accessible labels, for example:
- `Back ...
