OpenRouter - Allow pinning of providers of a model

I setup openwiki mostly using defaults. GLM 5.2 & OpenRouter with LangSmith for tracing.

I was messing around attempting to start getting the wiki going.

My issue? One of the providers OpenRouter was choosing for GLM 5.2 is bugging and failing and sending back truncated requests which cause this error in OpenWiki
