## Motivation
img2threejs output is a procedural `THREE.Group` — great for the browser, but not directly printable. A single "image → printable 3D model" path would open the project to the maker / 3D-printing community.
## Scope
- Bake a generated `THREE.Group` into a single merged, **watertight** `BufferGeometry` and export **STL / OBJ / glTF**.
- Basic print-prep: manifold/normals check, a wall-thickness warning, and scale-to-mm with a target longest-edge.
- Note (honestly) where a single-image reconstruction leaves hidden faces mirrored/approximated — printability depends on it.

## Acceptance criteria
- `export --format stl` (or equivalent) produces a sliceable STL for the loot-chest demo that loads clean in a slicer.

- Documented limits: which subjects print well vs. need manual repair.
**Difficulty:** medium–hard. A great fit for someone who prints — real-world test prints as PRs very welcome.
