### 摘要

`dsh web --host 0.0.0.0` 启动时被硬编码拒绝（报错 "intentionally not supported yet for safety"），导致无法从局域网/容器访问 Web UI。希望支持绑定 `0.0.0.0`，或提供显式的 opt-in 放行方式（如 `--allow-remote` + 安全警告），而不是直接硬报错。

### 预期结果

1. `dsh web --host 0.0.0.0` 能够正常启动（可保留安全提示），或
2. 提供显式参数（如 `dsh web --host 0.0.0.0 --allow-remote`），在用户明确选择时允许绑定 `0.0.0.0`，并在启动时打印醒目的安全警告；
3. 可选：提供 token / 鉴权选项，暴露到网络时要求认证。

而不是对 `--host 0.0.0.0` 直接硬报错，导致该能力完全不可用。

**复现步骤：**
1. 安装 DSH 0.1.0-rc.6（`@deepseek-ai/dsh`）
2. 运行命令：`dsh web --host 0.0.0.0`
3. 立即报错退出：

**背景说明：** DSH Web GUI 具备远程代码执行能力（agent 可执行 shell 命令），硬禁止 `0.0.0.0` 可以理解；但局域网内其他设备访问 GUI、Docker 容器内运行等都是常见场景。建议改为「默认安全 + 显式放行」模式（仅在用户额外传入标志时才允许 `0.0.0.0`，并输出安全提示）。
