安装 @linxin666/dsh-web-ui-all@0.1.12 后重启 DSH（0.1.0-rc.6），所有会话的任意工具调用（todo_write、pwsh 等）都在执行瞬间崩溃：`Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare')`（code UNKNOWN）。
