Gemini Executive Synthesis

Suboptimal multi-provider audit planning, where a single missing API key blocks all other configured providers.

Technical Positioning
Robust and resilient multi-provider audit execution, gracefully handling individual provider configuration failures while allowing others to proceed.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue reveals a critical fragility in NiubiGEO's multi-provider audit execution. The current planning logic, which halts an entire audit due to a single missing API key, severely impacts operational efficiency and user experience. Clients expect the platform to intelligently manage multiple provider targets, allowing valid configurations to proceed even if others fail. This 'all-or-nothing' approach forces unnecessary reconfigurations and delays, hindering the ability to conduct comprehensive brand visibility analyses across diverse AI models. The expected behavior of isolating individual provider failures is fundamental for a robust, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.

[Bug]: A missing API key blocks planning for other selected providers

## What happened?

When more than one provider is selected, planning can fail on the first provider that has no API key before the other configured providers are considered. For example, selecting OpenAI and Gemini with only `GEMINI_API_KEY` configured fails with a missing OpenAI key, so Gemini never gets a chance to run.

This is especially surprising when using a manual prompt with auto-discovery disabled, because planning still resolves the first provider key even though no discovery call needs that provider.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Configure `GEMINI_API_KEY` and leave `OPENAI_API_KEY` unset.
2. Select provider targets in this order: `openai:gpt-4o-mini` and `gemini:gemini-1.5-flash`.
3. Use a manual prompt and disable auto-discovery.
4. Create the audit plan.
5. Planning fails with `Missing API key for provider "openai"` and no Gemini run is possible.

## Expected behavior

A provider without a key should be reported as an individual failed provider run, while providers with valid keys should continue. Planning should use an available provider for discovery or prompt generation when needed. Only when no selected provider has a key should the audit be blocked before execution.

## Environment

- NiubiGEO commit: e6b9533
- OS: Windows 11
- Node.js: v25.2.1
- Providers/models: OpenAI `gpt-4o-mini`, Gemini `gemini-1.5-flash`
